Beautiful renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms only minutes walk from the Louvre museum.
Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. One is separated from the living area by sliding glass doors. The salon has a sofa which can be used as a single bed. Two bathrooms with toilets, sinks and walk-in showers.
Laundry room with a separate washer and dryer .
Easy and direct access by train from the airport Charles de Gaulle and Orly, 5 mins by train from Gare du Nord ( Eurostar) .

Warning to some, this place is on the 4th floor and it's four tall floors (probably more like 5-6 American flights of stairs), lots of stairs, not a big deal if you're in decent shape or don't have any problems with stairs, it may put you slightly out of breath, but beware and pack accordingly. Once you get up the stairs though, fantastic. The photos don't do the place justice. It is right by the mall, the train station, Église Saint-Eustache and a big local market that is at least on Sundays. Local restaurants are close by and have some great food. Only a few blocks to the Louvre and not too far from Notre Dame. We were met right on time and the person meeting us was very flexible after our train was delayed by about 4 hours and traffic to get into the city took us an additional hour. If you rent both bedrooms out they can be totally seaprated and secluded from one another for full privacy. Each room has it's own kitchen and bathroom. The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in a vacation rental apartment. I'm only sad we didn't get to stay there longer. My only negative is that there was some extra stuff, likely stored by the owner, in the cabinets and above the laundry, easy to work around but just kinda strange. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
Owner response: We are glad that you liked the apartment. Since it is our home, we store some personal belongings iin the laundry room and in the top cupboards which are not reachable without standing on a chair.

This place is in a very convenient and lively location in the 1st arrondisement. Great little street market outside the building on Thursday and Sunday. Its a short walk to the Les Halles and Chatelet metro stations serving 5 metro and 2 RER lines. There is a large underground parking structure at Les Halles. Pedestrian street rue St. Denis is close by. Louvre, Notre Dame, and Pompidou Center are well within walking distance. The building is very old, but the appartment is clean and modern. Each bedroom has its own small kitchen and bath. Washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus. Owner is very responsive and helpful. No elevator, so be prepared to get your excercise.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Brilliant, spacious sized and very comfortable apartment in my favourite quartiers of Paris. The apartment really gives the air of the "vrai Paris" being situated so closely (within metres walking distance) to what feels like a throbbing heart of the first arrondissement - bars, cafe, restaurants, boulangeries and hip rue Montorgueil. The space is commodious and fittings and fixtures are of high quality (the apartment has been recently refurbished). Strongly recommend a stay in this excellent find!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
