It's the "Best Kept Secret"- our unit 300 at Leeward midrise. The Leeward building at Edgewater is an exclusive beach area with six stories- only a few units sharing 250+ yards of beach. Yet only 75 yards to the heart of the resort including the famous Lagoon pool!
Overlooking a pristine ribbon of powdery sand along the Gulf of Mexico; Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort features an exclusive location for you to vacation at. Our third floor, corner beachfront family vacation home is waiting for you! The unit is located "directly" on the Gulf of Mexico Beach featuring private balcony views of the ocean and beach. The unit is located in the privacy of Leeward midrise, which is only 6 stories tall and holds 36 units. Sparsely populated...more privacy…all just for you! It’s the perfect spot for an intimate weekend for two, a week long family vacation, a business retreat or a month long getaway.
Our beachfront home's 1,703 square foot floor plan features three bedroom SUITES with attached full-size baths, a private wrap-around balcony and the most spectacular view of the crystal Gulf waters. The open space of the living area is truly a spectacular scene. Great for entertaining! We are simply amazed at how beautiful the panoramic view is! And, you will be too!
The wrap-around balcony opens from the dining room, kitchen, living room, the master suite, and first guest bedroom suite. The balcony faces both south and east so you can sun worship or retreat to the shade. This 361 square-foot wrap-around balcony provides a nice cross-breeze to make even the hottest day tolerable. The balcony is furnished with 8 chairs, a lounge chair and 2 small tables.
EXTRAS PROVIDED FOR YOU: fluffy high-quality bath towels and Egyptian cotton bed linens, dish, dishwasher and laundry detergents, fabric softener, cleaning supplies, and some spices. Please bring your own beach towels.
Additional information:
* 24/7 Gated security and security guard walk-throughs.
* Saturday-to-Saturday, weekly rentals only during the summer season.
* Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and Checkout is 10 a.m. Central Time.
* $300 Security and damage deposit is required and refunded within ten business days after satisfactory inspection of unit and return of all keys and property armbands. A $400 deposit applies for monthly rentals.
* cleaning fee is additional and not included in the rental rate.
* Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
* This is a "Non-Smoking" and "No Pets" beach front home.
* The average water temperature is in the 70's and the average air temperature is 74*. About 320 days of sunshine...waiting for you.

This midrise building is especially enjoyable to "relax and rejuvenate". No waiting for elevators, peaceful surroundings and gorgeous views day and night. This corner unit let's you experience sunrise and sunset. Liz had the best time exploring her creative side while redecorating this entire unit. Also, Liz loves to cook and entertain. Whether she is hosting apps/cocktails before dinner out or cooking the fresh local seafood; family and friends know they will enjoy fabulous food anywhere they go.

Elizabeth writes...Thank you so much! We truly did enjoy our stay. My father and mother had such a wonderful time and actually went out on the beach and sat on the beach chairs you gave us. We went on and rented the chairs beside them and spent a lot of the time on the beach. The rest of the time my father was in "his" chair by the window. The view was everything you promised and more. We were lucky enough to have about 20 Para-Sailors gliding by each day and saw 2 weddings on the beach and even got to see a video being shot. All of this was on the beach in front of the Lagoon pool. The resort had just enough action but it was never crowded. We will be back. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

They wanted to bring the beds home! (They were very soft and comfy!) We had a very relaxing time and I have to tell you that I had numerous people question me about the beach chairs. It seemed that alot of people thought the chairs were available for anyone staying at Leeward midrise at Edgewater Beach Resort and others questioned how much they were to rent. There were several envious people when I told them "ours" were complimentary from the owner!"
