Relax on one of two wrap around decks while you enjoy the panoramic ocean view, and watch the sunset, or relax in front of one of two fireplaces with lots of windows to watch the surf. Leave your watch behind, you will only need a tide chart! Master bedroom suite with jetted tub, fireplace and private deck. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds. Elevator available by request for physical limitations only.
Explore wonderful tide pools during low tide where you will find abundant treasures including: starfish, sand dollars, anemone, agates, and more. Your beach ends at Cascade Head where you can explore a unique secluded area of the beach that is accessible only during a minus tide.

We had a wonderful stay at your house. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and a wonderul view. The only problem we had is we wish we could have stayed another day or two. The weather was beautiful for the days we were in Lincoln City.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Our time at this special home was fantastic. We love the view of the ocean and to watch the boats coming and going. Sunsets are great. Sunrises coming up over the hills are beautiful too. This owner has thought of everything for us to move in and feel at home. The Deck is wonderful. We were greeted by a seagull each time we have stayed here. No we didn't feed them to encourage them. The short walk to the quiet beach is nice. Saw a lot of starfish and sea anemones at the end of the beach. There are so many things to do in Lincoln City and great dining. I only know how to fix Ice Cream!! Its hard to leave the house to go into "town". Just looking at the expanse of the ocean from a favorite chair is enough. Thanks for the clean environment too!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My mother and I traveled to Lincoln City for a couple of days last summer during the glass float festival, and stayed at The Blue Heron. Wonderful place to stay. Short walk to the beach and a wonderful place to relax, cook a gourmet meal with the seafood you bring back and have fun with family. It's so nice to have a fire and watch the waves. Fun to walk the beach and come back to hot chocolate and a good movie or book. Lots to do in Lincoln City. I am getting hungary just thinking about the beach. You'll love this setting and the conveniences. It's a little niche neighborhood and everyone waves to you. It is a secure safe place to be.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Arrived in time to see a gorgeous sunset. We woke to sun again. All of us saw a whale traveling north, just outside the breaker line. Fantastic! Walked north around the point to cove at low tide. Saw a huge starfish! Sunny weather again today, after breakfast at the Otis Café, we walked out toCascade Head. Spectacular view from the top. Why the Owner Chose Lincoln City:
I love the Lincoln City area, the beautiful beaches, but I especially chose the Road's End area because of the quiet residential atmosphere, no commercial activity, and the wonderful beach that ends at Cascade Head.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
I love the view, not just the beautiful surf, but also Cascade head and the forest behind. A special treat is to go beyond the end of the beach during a minus tide and discover an area that looks as if you are on a tropical Island. Please be safe, only go during a minus tide, and come back well before your way back is cut off, there is no way out!
