Richbark 14 is a brand new family vacation rental cabin sitting directly on the beautiful Current River. Located on secluded Richbark Lane just 2 miles from 'downtown' Van Buren, Missouri, Richbark 14 offers easy access to nearby float services, stores and restaurants. The cabin has an excellent private concrete boat landing- a great place to tie up your jet-boat or just relax by the water. Public boat ramp areas are located at the City Park and Watercress Park- either place a very short drive or boat ride from the cabin. The cabin has a master bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed. In addition, there is a small bedroom with a single twin bed, and a mattress or pull-out pad for extra kids. A brand new kitchen and dining area is in one end of the main room with lots of windows and great views of the river. There are two baths with showers, plus central air and heat, ceiling fans, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer. Enjoy the large covered deck with a charcoal grill on the lower landing. The Current River is just steps away and only about a 5 minute drive to town by car.

My family couldn't have been more happy with this cabin. It is as clean and as new as detailed in the photos. Perfect location from town and just steps away from the river. Very spacious and worked perfectly for our family of 5. The cabin has all of the essentials needed, including a full kitchen, charcoal grill, spacious bedrooms, towels, Wifi (just ask for password), washer & dryer, dock to lay out on, and awesome covered porch. If we travel back to Current River (7+ hrs away for us) we WILL be booking this cabin again! Highly recommend!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

I can't say enough about this rental property! Great location, GORGEOUS part of the Current river, friendly neighbors, very clean cabin with all the necessities. Perfect amount of room for a couples trip or a family getaway. The owners are extremely pleasant to work with. I cannot wait to book again this year to bring my family back for a wonderful, relaxing weekend in Van Buren!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

About the owner: My wife and I are graphic designers and owners of a marketing/advertising business in Huntsville Alabama.
Why the Owner Chose Van Buren:
I grew up on the other side of Missouri. My first float trip on the Current River was in 1974 from Pulltite Spring to Van Buren. This is the closest (and maybe best) Ozark stream area to our home in Huntsville Alabama.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
Nice setting with a yard and easy access to the river. Usually quite on week days. Good weather summer weekends bring out a parade of floaters and boats. Close to town and float services.
