This upscale vacation home was upgraded in March 2012.
The south-facing pool receives all-day sunshine and overlooks a conservation reserve. Along the sides of the pool area are high high 6 foot hedges providing you a secluded oasis of your own. The over-sized poolside deck is ideal for catching Florida’s rays on your chaise and the covered dining area (lanai) is a must-have for stepping into the shade and rehydrating with a cool beverage.
The living area has hardwood floors, large over-stuffed comfy leather seating and a 46' HDTV with DVD player. This home contains two master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom.
Calabay Parc is located just 12 miles from Disney and 25 miles from Universal Studios and Sea World. There are many excellent golf courses within easy reach including a 5-minute drive to the beautiful 36-hole championship course at Champions Gate and easy access to the three signature courses at Reunion Resort.
Additionally, this villa is conveniently located 35 miles to/from the Orlando International Airport.

Everything was as advertised. Peter and Sharon were very easy to work with via e-mail, and the house was in great shape. The pool isn't huge, but was still adequate for my 4 kids to play in. Very easy access to all the Disney Parks (less than 30 minutes from front door to "Disney parking lot tram"), and we were quite satisfied with everything in the home. We would definitely stay here again, if we get the chance! Thanks again!Recommended for: Families with young children.

My husband and I have vacationed in the Orlando area with our children almost every year since 2001 because we just love the all-year round sunny weather and the abundance of things to see and do. We particularly liked to stay in the Calabay Parc area because of its quality upscale homes, well manicured lots and beautiful winding streets.
