The villa backs onto the 7th fairway of Southern Dunes Championship Golf course. It is perfect for those who love to play or watch golf but is equally ideal for those who love the delights of the Disney theme parks which are only 20 minutes drive away.

Southern Dunes is a gated community which boasts many facilities which are open to all residents: a luxury club house with bar and restaurant, on site tennis courts, community pool, fishing lake and children's play area.

The villa comprises of one master bedroom (overlooking the pool) with en suite. There are also two twin bedrooms sharing a further bathroom. To the back of the villa is the private heated pool which is screened by a fine insect-proof net.

There is a large Wal-Mart at the entrance to the community, as well as Winn Dixie, Macdonalds, Domino's, Checkers, Taco Bell, which are all very close by. The famous Manny's Chop House is only 1/2 mile South on the US27 - a must if you haven't been before !
