29 Thomas St. is a small sunny bungalow type house on a quiet residential street with a lovely yard and is completely renovated. It has 2 small and one large deck and it has distant ocean views. First floor is open concept with kitchen (with skylights), living room, small bedroom(two twin beds)and bathroom. Some of the amenities are washer, dryer, Jen-air electric range, and Maytag dishwasher.
The second floor has a queen size bed, futon and skylights. It is tastefully furnished with all the comforts of home including cable TV (2), high speed internet, microwave, toaster, linens, dishware and cookware.
Pets can be discussed. Lodging tax of 7% is additional. The house is available at $650 weekly April, May, June and October and $800 weekly July, August and September. So that you are not confused I also own 28 Thomas Street (VRBO #415229) which is also being advertised a vacation rental. If you have questions please call me.

Very quiet nieghborhood and large kitchen. Great loft space. Terry was very prompt in responding to any concerns we had. Overall, great price, great stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
