We took a group of lifelong friends for an end of summer vacation and couldn't have had a better time. The condo was exactly as described and just like the pictures shown. We were very impressed with the style and comfort of the condo. The short walk to the beach was convenient and easy to head back and forth when necessary. The pool/hot tub were so great to end the day with after a long day on the beach. This is a great spot if you're looking to enjoy every bit of beach Mexico Beach has to offer. There's a few tasty restaurants, but for the most part we utilized the great kitchen in the condo. I would absolutely return and recommend this condo to anyone. You're getting exactly what you see and will love the relaxed, easy going atmosphere along with great beaches.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Our week was wonderful! The condo is beautiful and was super clean. The neighbors were also super nice. The owners are amazing and wonderful people! As another person said, the only improvement I can think of would be TVs in the bedrooms. But all in all it was perfect! No complaints! Will for sure visit again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

My family had a wonderful vacation at this condo. It was just like the pictures, but really even better. We had plenty of room and everything was very neat and nice. The condo is across the street from the beach so you have to walk but it was not bad at all. The condo had a pool to use and that was nice when we needed to get away from the beach. The owners of the condo were very friendly and easy to contact when we had questions. I would definitely recommend this place to others and will definitely go back. Thank you for a great stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Condo was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pool was amazing. Short walk to the beach. Overall a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again and also recommend to friends and family. Would be nice to have TV,s in the 2 larger bedrooms, sometimes everyone did not agree on whether to play games or watch a movie or television.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: We (family of 5) are a military family that enjoyed a short assignment at Tyndall AFB which introduced us to Mexico Beach. Currently we live out west but anxiously await a transfer back to the 'Forgotten Coast.'
