Beautiful, fully-furnished home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath, fully stocked kitchen, living-room, dining, breakfast counter.
Amenities include, flat screen(3D tv)with cable, WiFi internet and washer/dryer. Pool.
There are many awesome restaurants and shopping in the general area. The Brevard Zoo is very cool as well. We are located 1 hr from Disney, 2 hrs Ft. Lauderdale, 3hrs to Miami and 40 Minutes to Cocoa beach. Melbourne also has beaches about 30 minutes away. Love it there. Centrally located!! Lots to do for the whole family!!

HOUSE CONTRACT/AGREEMENT
.. No one under the age of 21 can rent our home.
No smoking or drugs, no loud parties, this is a family neighborhood.
***We ask that you do not bring anyone you meet back to the home. THANK YOU!***
Neighborhood is safe but we request that windows and doors be locked when you leave. Please be respectful of our home.(We have video surveillance on the outside of the house. If you are uncomfortable with one of the camera's I will let you know what to do to block it.) Thank you!
****POOL RULES: No running, horseplay and diving in or around pool----swimming is at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by adults at all time in back yard. Pool area must be kept clean and free of garbage and all pool equipment/toys must be kept away from edges of pool. Pool is VERY deep!! There are no shallow sides. *****Children MUST ALWAYS BE ATTENDED AT ALL TIMES!!!!(Pool cleaners come on Tuesday, please have solar cover off to clean and vacuum.)
******** NO SMOKING!*****Ashtrays are provided for use outside.
No cleaning services will be included-occupants must clean up after themselves!!!!!PLEASE! (If you would like a housekeeper during your stay, please let me know. I can arrange it for an additional fee)
Garbage must be separated into allotted bins. It must be put out next to driveway on Wednesday night.
****Departure rules: Upon leaving all linens must be removed from all used beds/couch and put in wash room. All dishes must be put into dishwasher and put on wash mode with dish washer soap in it.
Key is to be left inside house on KEY RING IN MASTER BEDROOM. There is a 50$ charge for keys not returned.
There is a 50% refund if cancelled 30 days before check in. After the 30 days there is no refunds.
CHECK IN 3PM------------CHECK OUT 11AM
(My house cleaners are on a schedule and they need time to clean before next guest checks in)

Kimberly has a lovely house which was exactly what was advertised on the website. We were only here for a week, visiting family but it was like a home from home with its well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was easy to find and use around the house, which was clean and well furnished. I would definitely rent Kimberly’s house again. For your UK visitors I would suggest investing in an ironing board as I wasn’t used to using a worktop and towel to iron my shirts. One thing I found essential was a Sat-nav for the car, it made it easier to find places and driving home at night. I bought my own from the UK and purchased the USA map which was much cheaper than renting.Owner response: Thanks for the great review! I am very happy you felt at homeowner my house! I stayed at Kimberly's house for almost two weeks with a few of my friends. The house was clean, comfortable, and as my girl said "Gorgeous"! Kimberly was quick to answer our question when we couldn't find the WIFI code. We had great communication during our whole stay. The pool was great and having our own private screened in room to relax after swimming, have some food or just chill at night was pretty cool. We had a great stay in Kimberly's house. The pool was great and we so enjoyed eating outside. Bathrooms are recently redone with beautiful tile, new appliances including washer and dryer. This is the perfect place to unplug and relax. Comfortable, bright, airy home in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Relaxing by the pool was the perfect way to detox from a hectic work schedule. I highly recommend it for those who want to escape the action, but be close enough to everything so you can enjoy the Space Coast at your own pace.Did you find this review helpful? Our stay at Kimberly's Palm Bay home was perfect! The location was very convenient for us, a few miles from my friend we were visiting and also an easy drive from the Orlando airport. We took a day trip to Universal and that was an easy drive too. The rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. LOVE the master bath! So airy and inviting...that was the best shower I've had in years! We enjoyed the pool (in late October -- gotta love Florida!) and relaxing out on the screened porch. My favorite thing about this home was all the everyday useful items it contained -- presumably for guests' use! (At least, we used them!) Like some food/snacks in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathrooms, sunblock and aloe for pool and beach use. Board games and CDs and DVDs. Lots of dishes and pots and pans (not that we cooked, but we could have). I've stayed in other rental homes before where there was NOTHING in the kitchen cabinets and barely a bar of soap anywhere in the house. Absolutely in love with this place and is my new home away from home. If you can pick a fault with this place you are expecting way to much. Pictures do not do it justice and is a much better place to see in person. The pool is fantastic and we wish we had the chance to use it more. The back yard is massive. We had our family thanksgiving here and the kitchen / dining and living area suited us all perfect. Master bedroom is just the room to be in. Large shower is fantastic. Large stores such as Walmart only mins down the road as well as Dining. Kimberly is a great person to talk with and was always making sure everything was ok during our stay. If your satying in the area or even nearby or only planning day trip here or there to Orlando or down south , i suggest you dont waste time looking for anywhere else and just stay here .. My home is bright, sunny, comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy your own private very deep pool. My kitchen is well stocked for your use. My home is centrally located to lots of shops, go cart track, and many other activities. There are many grocery stores around, however if cooking is not on your vacation list than there are plenty of good restaurants around the area. My Flat screen tv, has cable and netflex for some quiet evenings after a long adventurous day. Thank you for considering my home for your vacation.
