This is one of Seabrook Island's most luxurious scenic villas. The sophisticated design of this villa gives guests a spectacular panoramic view of Captain Sam's Creek, the surrounding marshland and the Atlantic Ocean in the distance. This incredible combination is one of the world's rare jewels, which you must see to fully appreciate. You haven't felt this degree of freedom and serenity until you have enjoyed this villa's unique location and layout.
The villa is three stories, with parking underneath. There are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open deck on the second floor. The third floor has a spacious living room with a high vaulted ceiling, overhead fan, screened porch, full kitchen and half-bath.
"Spectacular", "Gorgeous", and "Breathtaking" are accurate descriptions of this villa, and the displayed photos give one a sense of the magical environment you will experience in this rich and pristine space. Seabrook Island is an Audubon Society Wildlife Preserve, and from the living room, master bedroom, deck and screened-porch you will see a wide variety of bird species and will sometimes view porpoises feeding in Captain Sam's Creek, about fifty feet from your eyes.
This villa sits on the absolute edge of the highland, next to the creek. The grass in front of the villa is marsh grass; you can get no closer to the edge of America, and the views of nature are expansive and completely unobstructed. On the third floor you will be at tree-top height, and will have incredible views of the magnificent environment.
The entire villa has been updated and nicely appointed in furnishings and artwork. The second story is floored in oak, and the third story has BEAUTIFUL rosewood flooring. Kitchen has tile flooring, granite counter-tops and new appliances.
The guest room has two comfortable double beds, a large closet and full bathroom, television. The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed, full bathroom, television and a spacious deck overlooking the creek, marshland and ocean.
The third floor living space is large and open, with a high vaulted ceiling, fireplace, full kitchen, half-bath and screened porch. There is an uncommonly comfortable sofa and loveseat. The large sofa converts to a queen sleeper.
You will not find a more wonderful place to stay on Seabrook or Kiawah. Come and enjoy extreme beauty at a very reasonable rate. If you do, you will probably return at your first opportunity.
