In the midst of ‘La Provence,’ just minutes away from Avignon the city of the Popes and Art Festivals is La Villa Framboise, located in the beautiful suburb Villeneuve-lez-Avignon with historic centre, cafes, restaurants, and artisan boutiques. The vacation home is perfectly placed to explore multiple interests such as cultural, sight-seeing, wining and dining, shopping, sports (water sports, biking, golfing, tennis, horseback riding) or to relax and to enjoy the home.
In about 190 square meter of light-airy-luxurious living space, you can indulge in contemporary Art Design, provencal colors, state-of-the-art stainless steel bathroom fittings and kitchen equipment, as well as charming old stone walls.
The terrain of 900 square meter includes a pebble front terrasse in the charming front yard, as well as a 60 square meter terrasse with a 500 square meter garden and outside pool.
The two to four bedrooms sleep four to nine people. The first bedroom has a 180 cm by two m double bed that can alternatively be converted into two single beds. There is also space to add a baby bed which will be provided upon request. The second bedroom/salon is a mezzanine with a double bed upstairs. The downstairs sofa can be converted into an extra double bed for two more people. The third and fourth bedrooms as well as a second bathroom are located on the second floor.
Baby equipment such as bed, chair, bath tub can be made available upon request at no extra charge.

Villeneuve-lez-Avignon is a beautiful suburb of Avignon, located in the heart of La Provence in the South of France. Within a radius of 45 minutes by car, one can choose among the three airports Marseille, Nimes, or Montpellier. The TGV station is within five km with fast trains not only to Nice, Paris, Lille but also to London (Eurostar).
Note that the home can be rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
