  Logement très agréable et chaleureux, c'est un havre de paix dans un quartier populaire et très calme. Le quartier est super, à la fois populaire et très central, proche des lieux à visiter. Tout d'abord séduits par les photos sur le site, ensuite comblé de notre séjour. Il faut marcher beaucoup pour voir et apprécier tout ce que la Ville peut offrir, portez de bonnes chaussures! Nous étions toujours fiers en fin de journée soirée de retrouver notre petit nid douillet pour s'y reposer! C'était un peu comme être chez-soi! Merci à nos hôtes qui nous ont permis assurément de profiter davantage de notre séjour! Nous conseillons ce logement à tous les amoureux de Madrid.

  the aoartment was everything we wanted and was perfect for our family of four. The location is excellent but despite being so central the apartment is quiet.It is well equiped and very clean.The lovely Sol was there on our arrival and was more than helpful pointing out places of interest to us as well as making sure we had everything we needed. We would highly reccommend this apartment.

  we had a wonderful time in this flat with our two small kids- we'd been traveling for two months and this was a high point for us. The flat is completely modern and totally clean (horay!). The flat is up 90 chairs which keeps us fit but also gets you away from the sound on the street! The view is interesting. A one minute walk gets you to the Plaza Santa Ana which has kids park and places to drink wine outside while you watch kids play. Another two minutes to the main square (sol) and 5 minutes the Prado. great kitchen, great shower.... great, great, great!

  This was my first experience in Madrid and with renting a private apartment and have to say that it will not be the last. Thanks to Sol and all of her assistance upon our arrival. She was a gracious host and contacted us periodically with information on our stay. Whether describing the pros and cons of taking the Metro (which was only a 45 minute easy ride from the airport) to spending a good hour with us upon our arrival highlighting key sightseeing points, she did a wonderful job of welcoming us to Madrid. The apartment itself was immaculate and comfortable for three men. It can easily accommodate 5, but is probably most comfortable for four with one person sleeping in the living room. This is where I spent my time in the room as I enjoyed sleeping with a cool breeze entering from the balcony doors. Whether listening to the hustle and bustle of the city, or enjoying the coolness of the evening air it was a comfortable stay. Finally, I have to highlight the location. The apartment was centrally located in a historic area of the city which was in walking distance of the Plaza del Sol, El Parque del Retiro, El Museo del Prado and a number of other locations we could not see in our short stay. In addition, there were plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood and I highly recommend a visit to Casa Patas for some awesome flamenco. The location of the room on the fifth floor only helped to facilitate an exploration of the sights because it was not easy going up and down the stairs (although by the end of the trip we were racing each other up the five flights). I highly recommend this site for your stay and look forward to returning one day with my wife and children!

  First time travelers to Madrid....we knew nothing about the neighborhoods. We must have looked at 50+ apartments (online) prior to booking PRINCIPE TWIN. WE SCORED!! And you will too! We stayed for 6 nights. This apartment is located on Calle del Príncipe which is a very nice street. We walked EVERYWHERE! This apartment is so centrally located! We were 15 minutes from everything! Of all of the plazas, Plaza Santa Ana turned out to be our favorite and it was just around the corner!! This apartment is well-maintained and fully equipped - you will not need anything except for your suitcase. You will find coffee makers (traditional & American), juicers, pots, pans. The kitchen came in handy for our morning breakfast. There is a decent market on Plaza de Matute. Sol & Carmen are wonderful! They speak excellent English which made communicating very easy. They are extremely helpful and accommodating. If you are looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Madrid - look no further! You will not be disappointed!

  We were late arriving but Sol was really very nice and spoke good English. We were very impressed with the apartment, 2 bedrooms with one bathroom, sunny lounge/diner and well equipped kitchen. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the city centre and all the top galleries and museums. There were good restaurants and Tapas Bar on Santa Ana square and a small supermarket just round the corner. Wifi internet works perfectly. We liked everything about the flat and had no complaints about anything.

  Wir verbrachten 5 wunderschöne Tage vom 14.-19.10 in Madrid. Sol hat uns bei der Ankunft schon erwartet, die Abwicklung ist unkompliziert. Die Wohnung (Santa Ana 5Personen) ist top, gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage ist super, man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen . Mit strahlend blauem Himmel hatten wir einen tollen Kurzurlaub. Barbara
