My family stayed in this condo during Spring Break. The condo was awesome! Very clean, nicely decorated, and in the perfect location. The condo was spacious, as well as being right on the beach. We did see the dolphins from the balcony in the evenings. That was so cool! The walk to Pier Park wasn't too bad, but with kids, I would rather just drive. St. Andrews Park has a nice beach area as well. A must visit is to the Panama City Beach Winery. Citrus wines are amazing. The adults also enjoyed the evening happy hour at Liza's. The resort itself is very large. The pools were huge, but it was too cold to swim while we were there. The indoor pool was nice and the kids loved it. I would definitely recommend this condo and hope to visit again in the future.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: I am a healthcare professional living in Chattanooga, TN. I wanted to purchase a condo in PCB that I would enjoy living in myself. But also, I wanted something that I would be proud to share with friends and family. This unit is a second home to me and my only condo in Florida.
Why the Owner Chose Other Panama City Beach Properties:
This is a great property. Tidewater has all of the amenities anyone could want and a responsive staff. This facility is a Wyndham resort approved rental. My particular unit has uprades of Tiled shower in Master bath and large tiles thoughout living area instead of carpet. Proximity to Pier Park was a plus and being east can allow a quick escape to quieter beaches and the airport.

Beautiful East/West views; upgraded condo; very large workout facility; 2 outdoor pools; close to Pier Park; 18th floor is High enough to offer sweeping views without the feeling of being 'too high' and low enough to feel like you are on the beach'!
