This recently built, truly beautiful chalet is located on Larsen Lake in the Big Bass Lake Resort. You will relax in the midst of nature, enjoying beautiful views of the cove and serene lake from the kitchen, eating area, family room, deck, large screened-in porch and finished walkout basement. The game room, with ping pong and air hockey, provides a spacious area for the entire family. The kids will enjoy watching the ducks, geese, chipmunks, squirrels and a variety of birds--including wild turkeys--and the family of deer that frequents the property.

This upscale home is clean, light-filled and airy and has been tastefully furnished with comfort in mind.

Our private dock in the backyard is available with a 14-foot rowboat and 2 kayaks for your enjoyment. Over 120 feet of shoreline runs along our back yard.

For fishermen the lake provides excellent fishing opportunities for bass, perch, bluegill, and pickerel. This fishing is great using ultra-light gear. A bait store is located just a half mile away. Winter also allows for ice fishing.

For stargazers, evening skies are spectacular! Being away from the city lights, the skies are dark, allowing excellent views of the Milky Way. We provide star charts to help you navigate the night skies while staying here.

Big Bass Lake, a year-round vacation resort located in Gouldsboro, Pennsylvania, offers many amenities, as listed below. Use of the Resort's facilities (including lakes) requires a badge for each person age 6 and above at a daily fee of $8.00 or a weekly fee of $40 (subject to change). Badges must be purchased through the Big Bass Lake Community Association.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to renters with allergies and the excellent condition of the house and furnishings, No Pets, No Smoking.
