We had never rented a house before but, my sister-in-law was renting one in the area so we thought we would give it a try. We were in the area for a family wedding and wanted a place that we could all be together before the event. What a great find. The house was just as it was discribed. We had plenty of room to gather in the living room or dining room. Kitchen is well equipped. Love the loft area. Unfortunately we were in the area only for the weekend so we didn't get to many attractions, but we did walk to the beach. Will definitely recommend this house to family and friends and hope to return for a longer stay next time.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

New house smell, but no new house kinks. Very friendly owners. Kids enjoyed the pool every day. Adults enjoyed the nearby bike/ped trails to start the day. Beaches, fishing, shopping, trails, and the fractured prune very accessible - especially once you get beyond the GPS directions and learn the back/service roads. Perfect would have been a completed deck/porch. Thank you for the great time had by all!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

This was a great home to stay in! Brand new,furnished well, and a great layout for spending time with family and friends. The kids loved the loft upstairs with the bunks and tv room. The pool was close by and huge. The beach is less than a mile away and Rehoboth is so family friendly! Great waves, fun boardwalk and fun places to eat! The owners left a great guide to the area and even a parking permit for the town. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. It was a truly relaxing vacation and we can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This is a perfect place for a family or a group of friends that want to be near all of the action, but still get a bit of peace and serenity away from it all. Plus, the pricing compared to houses of lesser quality right near the water make this place a true bargain.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Growing up in Pennsylvania, we frequently visited Rehoboth Beach. Now, as a parent, we wanted to have a place to share with our family and friends!
