Heritage Bay is a new luxurious gated community surrounded by acres of walking trails, wildlife and lakes and approximately 20 min. to FT-Myers airport, and to Old Historic Naples and third street, home to boutiques and the finest restaurants you could desire. Vanderbilt Beach and Naples Beaches are also approximately 12 min. away.
Heritage Bay is a community mostly known for it’s championship course witch offers 27 challenging holes. You can find a fabulous Clubhouse with a dining room and a bar and grille room overlooking the courses and exquisite lakes.
The community offers 7 pools, a hot tub, 7 lighted tennis courts and a nice fitness center. A driving range and putting and pitching greens are also offered. Also, experience the billiard room which has 3 full size tables.
Free unlimited golf is available with this rental. You only need to pay the cart fee and the transfer cost (275.00$).
The condo itself is a beautifully decorated. 2bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, magnificent living room whit dining room, kitchen, kitchen-dinette, Laundromat, den and lanai.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds (you can do a king bed if you bring together the twin beds). Another bathroom is adjacent to the guest room. There is a convertible sofa in the den. The large flat screen TV is in the living room. Each bedroom have a cable connected TV. All furniture’s are new.
When you are seated in the lanai, you have a nice view on the golf and the lake. This is the first year that the condo has been used.
This is a very nice condo to relax and take a good time.
