Our relaxing 1303 sq. ft. condo is located on the #3 fairway at the 375 acre Monterey Country Club. Here you are spoiled with views of 3 fairways, water feature, and mountains while only steps away from one of the 36 pools and spas, all available for your enjoyment.
You can watch the golfers or hummingbirds while working on your laptop with our free wireless internet.
"Refresh" included new tile, carpet, paint, appliances, HD TV and a few other little updates. Our spacious, CLEAN, non-smoking, pet free unit has a master suite with double sinks in bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and its own private bath. Kitchen items, all linens, laundry and bath ammenities ar provided. The dry pantry and laundry are both stocked with items for your convienence. Pool towels and bags are also provided.
The condo has a private courtyard off of the kitchen with a fountain and seating area for you to enjoy a quiet morning watching our Hummingbirds bathe. This area is also perfect for preparing the BBQ for your evening meal on the golf course. The extended golf course patio on the fairway side lets you enjoy the outdoors while having plenty of golf to watch! This is the best place for a quiet relaxing dinner or for entertaining with views of #3,#7 and #6 fairways, mountais and water feature.
A short way through the development to the clubhouse features a fitness center, 19 tennis courts, 10 of which are lighted, pro shop, driving range, 27 holes of golf, lounge and dining room. There is an additional charge for golf & tennis.
A short walk, bike ride or drive and you can enjoy the Palm Desert Street Fair held at the College of the Desert each weekend, the famous El Paseo shopping district, the Westfield Shopping Mall, Civic Center Park, Palm Desert Library, McCallum Theater, Living Desert, The River district, casual or fine dining, and of course several famed public golf courses. There are also plenty of churches close by in all denominations.

About the owner: Mark & Deena love sharing this place! Having a warm, green place to escape to makes the winters much shorter! Who doesn't love palm trees, flowers, golf, warm weather and swimming year round? Added bonus - no snow!
Why the Owner Chose Monterey Country Club:
We love being in the center of the Coachella Valley. Everything we need is within a few miles. We love being able to walk and bike to our favorite shopping and restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The quick trip to and from the airport is only 20 minutes! The McCallum theater and Street fair are right next door and the Civic Center Park is a short walk or quick bike ride.
Our views are spectacular! Three fairways, mountains and water feature. The sprinklers are like a water show!
The best seat in the house for the 4th of July is on our back patio. The Palm Trees on the golf course make a dramatic foreground for the fireworks.
