  Perfect place for our short trip to Folly!! Super easy check-in/check-out, helpful and friendly owner, excellent rates, GREAT location and VERY clean. Two thumbs up :)

  Extremely clean and cozy. Everything in Folly Beach is within walking distance. Only issue would be noise from local bars. It was a festival weekend so that made it louder. Shut bedroom door and noise disappears. I would return

  We rented this place for a few days, and loved that it was cute,clean, and withing walking distance of everything we like to do! (eat,drink,beach) Without a doubt, will be staying in this rental again! Property owners were very easy with assisting us with any questions we had, great people!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

  We went down for a long weekend in early March. Folly Beach was the PERFECT spot for a mini vacation. We LOVED this condo. It was perfect for 2 of us-clean and quaint. The owners were so helpful in anything we needed. The location was great and within walking distance of all the best restaurants. The pier is gorgeous and literally across the street. We went into Charleston and it was so easy to get to. We definitely plan on returning to Folly and hopefully to 16 Center Street! Thanks for everything!

  My stay was excellent; a friend and myself spent a couple days in the condo, which was beautifully clean, fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking in and being comfortable. We were only a minute away from the beach and could see it from the balcony. I couldn't have asked for more! There was even coffee ready to be brewed for the morning :) It was a great stay and I'd recommend it to anyone.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

  We stayed the week between Christmas and New Years. This condo is perfect for a couple and we could not have enjoyed our stay more! Folly beach is amazing and while we enjoyed visiting historic Charleston, we always looked forward to returning to Folly (and sometimes just to have dinner and drinks at the condo). We hope to return during the summer when we can really enjoy lounging on the beach :) Thank you to the owners for being so accommodating, answering all of our questions so quickly, and processing the deposit very promptly! Very professional!

  Great location to get to the beach, wonderful wood-burning smell from the restaurant next door, and just the right size for 2 people. Plenty of good restaurants and watering holes within easy walking distance. Owner very responsive to any questions, and plenty to do in Charleston, just 20 minutes away.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, very close to the beach and all the restuarants. We had all the necessities there... was nice to have a kitchen, 2 TV's and a loveseat.

  if you want to be close to the night life & beach this is the spot! It was clean and had the necessities for our stay. The bar right next to the place has amazing bands too!
