This vacation rental very comfortably sleeps six, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a bunk area that sleeps two, and a queen-size hide-a-bed in the large living area. It also features a breakfast bar, separate dining area, laundry room, and two full-size baths. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all white-on-white appliances, built-in microwave, coffee maker, blender, and everything you need to prepare that special dinner at home.
** NUMERIC KEYLESS ENTRY **
You no longer have to hassle with electronic door keys. Our units are equipped with the keyless entry system. One week before you check-in, we will generate your numeric code and email it to you along with your "Welcome Letter".

Why the Owner Chose Celadon
We initially thought that we wanted to purchase our "dream vacation home" in the Destin area. We came close in 2003, 2004, and finally in 2005 our agent suggested that we check out the "NEW" Panama City Beach as there were 3 or 4 brand new resorts that had just opened. Once we came over and discovered how much PCB had changed since my last trip there 5 years previous, we were astounded. Plus, when we found out how much further our vacation ownership dollars would go here versus Destin, it was a "no brainer" for us! Plus, we truly enjoyed the quiet West End where we didn't have to spend half of our vacation time fighting traffic on the only road through Destin and Fort Walton.
The other thing that convinced us to invest in this area is the forward thinking government agencies here in Panama City Beach. They know they have a "Gold Mine" and are doing everything they can to exploit it, including the new Pier Park Complex, the re-built Dan Russell Pier, and of course the first new International Airport in the U.S. in over 10 years that is planned to open in May of 20100. Yes, we are excited about Panama City Beach!!
The Unique Benefits at this Oceanfront Condominium
Of course we love THE BEACH!! It is absolutey the best in the United States and in the Top Ten of eveyplace we've been in the world. We also like the location of Celadon as it is the last high-rise condo as you travel west on Front Beach Road. Plus, it is the only new condo in PCB that has its own tennis court. We also love having the beachfront pool plus the separate swim-in indoor/outdoor pool.
Finally, we are only 100 yards from our absolute most favorite Italian restaurant, the Pasta Grill, owned and operated by an ex-White House chef for Ronald Reagan, Antonio. You can tell him Ricky and Karen from the Celadon sent you there and we promise he will deliver the best Italian seafood you have ever eaten!

Hello Panama City Beach vacationers! We are Ricky and Karen Jones, owners of the Resort Condo Services rental management company. We specialize in luxury beachfront vacation condos directly on the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches".
We began our venture into the vacation ownership world back in July of 2005 when we purchased our first brand new condo at the incredible Celadon Beach Resort. After about six months of dealing with one of the big rental management companies, we began advertising our condo on VRBO.com and booking our own weeks. We also created some simple websites of our own to further advertise our unit.
The next thing we know, we are doubling our rental revenue, other owners are asking us to manage their units, and over a 3 year period, we have expanded our business to 16 condos at 3 of the most popular resorts in all of Panama City Beach (Celadon, Sunrise, and Calypso). You will note that all of our resorts are on the "quiet" West End of PCB and they are also less than 1 mile from the incredible new shopping and entertainment district called "Pier Park".
We pride ourselves in taking advantage of our Internet and computer skills to "out market" our competition, maximize rentals for our owners, and most of all ensure that every one of our customers has the the absolute best vacation experience possible in PCB!
