Me and my kids hadnt been on vacation without their dad ever! We loved the condo. It was very clean and roomie and great prices. Loved the Celadon, very peaceful and loved security keeping and eye on everything. Pools was very nice and clean, beachfront was amazing. Me and my family will definately stay here again. Karen with bookings was great!! very nice and patient with me which was an A+++ We loved staying away from the crowded area. Its a couple miles from pier park but that was fine worked out great as far as the little travel.I would highly recommend the condo to anyone. Cant wait to stay again!

Quiet end of PCB but still close to attractions and Pier Park. Celadon and Resort Condo Services went the extra mile! We enjoyed fun filled days on the beach and relaxing evening strolls. Everyone was welcoming. We really felt at home. Thanks Again!

I have used Resort Condo Rentals many times and they are fantastic. Rooms are clean, no hassles, no problems. Units are as represented and the last one I stayed it I buy if I had the money. What a place, I think I could just live there.

Premium - NOT by a long shot - actually the WORST I've stayed in.

Greetings. My lady friend and I stayed at this unit the week of May 16th and it was disappointing from start to finish. #1) The folks and the phone # listed are NOT the owners, they are the owners of the agency that represents the unit. #2) Not one of the reviews listed are for this specific unit, other than this one. #3) The unit was not clean - there were hairs on the hall bathroom floor and on the commode between the lid and the tank. There was a filter with dried coffee and a white substance remaining in the coffee maker. #4) The living room carpet was sticky. #5) The light in the bedroom bath would not come on easily and the switch threw sparks at least twice while we were trying to turn it on. #6) The TV's were cheap and antiquated - reception quality quite poor - the remote was actually held together with a rubber band. #7) The living room furniture was worn and damaged - we were actually afraid the coffee table would collapse because the longitudinal frame frame brace was actually broken.. #8) The towels were cheap motel grade. #9) The HVAC/Dehumidifier equipment was noisy above a comfort level when trying to have quiet time. #10) There was broken balcony furniture shoved into a corner of the balcony. There were also two new chairs - with the tags still hanging off them. #11) There was no phone or internet service in the unit even though it was specifically advertised that there was. #12) While I was out running errands a gentleman from the paint contractors knocked on the door. My ladyfriend was in the bathroom, only partially dressed and before she could respond, much less get to the door, the gentleman opened the entry door as she was walking to the door, still trying to cover herself. There is no excuse for this as there should have been communication between the paint contractor, the "management" of this unit and us. Imagine what a frightening situation this was for my lady friend. This unit is very clearly represented in the description as a "Premium" unit ... this is an absolute misrepresentation of the unit. This unit is clearly an income generator with the most minimal concern for guest comfort, much less safety. I would be ashamed of myself if I owned or represented this unit. I have re-posted this because the owners response denied and/or blamed me for everything they could. To VRBO.com - I have all emails documenting my stay. I share this because i know the "owner" can deny my stay and my review will not be posted

Owner response:We have been renting condos in Panama City Beach since July 2004 and this Celadon unit 303 is the very first condo we purchased. During this time, we have worked hard to build up a very loyal and satisfied customer base that continue to come back year after year to vacation with us in Panama City Beach. As you can see from our other 94 VRBO Guestbook entries, our customer satisfaction has been incredibly high as evidenced by our 100% perfect 5 out of 5 ratings. You can also read from these reviews the amount of time and personal attention that we provide to each and every one of our cusomers. Unfortunately, in this particular case, a bizarre incident occurred mid-way through the rental that tainted everything about the vacation experience for this customer (aka David) and as a result, he has decided to take that frustration out on us. The Celadon Beach Resort maintenance staff was painting the front doors during that week. They confirmed to us that they knocked multiple times upon the door to announce that they were entering the unit. Unfortunately, the girl friend came to the door not fully clothed as they opened the door. Of course, the painters apologized profusely and immediately left the unit. For some reason, David called us in a hysterical state threatening to call the police, to sue us, and indicating that he was going to pack up and leave. We tried to reason with him but ultimately offered to refund to him any remaining rental days should he depart early. Surprisingly, he never left. >From that point on, all we heard were complaints about everything in the unit from the quality of the linen, to the TV reception, to lint in our dryer vent, to a loose screw in a table leg, and on and on. We did have some broken balcony furniture that had not yet been taken away but it was because we had just bought all new furniture the weekend before. Of course, he did not mention that we voluntarily refunded him $100.00 of his rental fee to address any issues that he may have had related to cleaning, even though our Welcoming Letter specifically requests that our guests directly contact our cleaning company immediately upon check-in to resolve any maintenance or cleaning issues. Of course, David never contacted them nor us until after this episode took place. As always, we are sorry when any of our guests have any kind of situation which prevents them from thoroughly enjoying their cherished vacation. Unfortunately, I’m not sure we could have ever satisfied David.

This review is long over due. My family has used Resort Condo Services (VisitPCB) for several years now and they have never dissapointed us. We have had some wonderful family vacations at Panama City Beach and there is absolutely nowhere else that I would consider staying. I would highly recommend anyone visiting to book through Resort Condo Services. Just make sure you don't choose the same dates I plan on booking or I'll be jealous. :)

Going back over our reservation records it appears that you and your famaily have stayed with us 6 different times, all during the awesome Fall Break time. We remember your first rental when your then young boys discovered all of the "cool" games and beach toys that we had available in our condo. We have found that our guests really do appreciate spending a week in a condominium that has many of the amenities that they left at home, like some good books, puzzles, games, DVD's, pool floats, and even boogie boards! Another couple's kids said it was like "Christmas in July"!

This unit was perfect for our family of four. My boys loved the bunk area! Everything we needed was right there (beach toys, kitchen utensils, etc. . .) The condo was beautiful and very clean. Check-in was easy. The beach chair service was awesome!! I have already recommended this property to a couple of people. It was very close to everything. Pools and jacuzzi were great for the kids (especially the indoor pool). We will definitely visit again!

Celadon is the ideal resort in PCB if you want to stay in a new, upscale, beachfront resort that is less than one mile from everything you want to do but at the same time is the most quiet place to stay on the beach (it is the last high-rise on the West End of PCB before you reach Sunnyside. Come check it out! You can also save a few hundred dollars over the condos located in the middle of the traffic jams!

We stayed in #1903 Sunrise. This condo was HUGE! It had wonderful amenities such as TV's in every room, tons of books to read, beach toys galore, and last but not least the wonderful balcony to the nicest beach in PCB! Ricky & Karen are wonderful people to work with. Smooth as silk. We travel extensively & just happened to find them. Ourselves, Family & Friends will use them in the future. Can't Wait to come back to Sunrise!

We had the privilege of spending 8 nights at Sunrise Beach - Condo 809. We had such a great time - the accomodations were perfect and the view - oh my - the view! Ricky and Karen: Just wanted to say thanks for allowing us to stay at your condo #303 in Celadon. For it was just fantastic, the weather was picture perfect the whole week we were here. You could not have ask for anything better. The condo was everything is was supposed to be and more. This is our 2nd time to Celadon this year and was in 304 in July. Sandy Norton is just a gem to do business with. I am so glad I had found Resort Condo Services to book my vacation through and will not go through anyone else. We stayed in Celadon 303. We loved it. It was clean, comfortable and was in a spectacular location. Our kids used the toys, floats & games provided. If the kids weren't starting school 3 days after we left, we literally would have stayed another week. We felt at home in 303- which is not easy for us as we're very picky. We also loved working with Sandy at Resort Quest. We'll be back to Celadon 303 but next time we'll just go ahead and rent for two weeks.

We stayed at Celadon #304 during July 19-26 and have just the best time for this is our 2nd year using Resort Services and Sandy Norton. We could not have ask for better service or quality. The condo was everything they say is it and the beach was just breath taking. The beach service was better than excellant and the guy that has been ther for quite a while and had him last year and for the life of me can not remember his name. We have book unit #303 at Celadon for Sept and on our way back. I wouldn't use anyone else

We stayed at Sunrise 1903 and it was great! It is a nice, roomy condo that actually lives up to its description. The building was very family-oriented which we loved since we were traveling with 3 two- year olds! The pools were clean and spacious and my babies loved the kiddie fountain. We have been renting our vacation facilities from RCS for about two years. We like to go down to PCB two or three times a year, expecially for the Indian Summer Seafood Festival in October. We have always been very pleased with the accomodatins and the price. Sandra always goes out of her way to make sure every thing is more than adequate. We will continue to use this service.

Our stay at Celedon 304 was wonderful. I have to say when I booked I was worried. The price was so much cheaper than others. I was afraid the ad might be misleading. Much to our surprise, it was exactly as described. You can not go wrong with this unit. The bunk beds were great for the kids. The sleeper sofa actually slept great. The master bedroom was wonderful. And the view, it was beautiful. There is nothing like waking up in the morning, sitting on the balcony, drinking your coffee, and watching the dolphins go by. We saw them almost every morning. Since we were traveling with small kids, it was wonderful to be on the west end. Away from all the traffic and crowds. The kids played as much in the pools as they did on the beach. They loved it. Everyone we talked to was very nice. A lot of families. The beach service was wonderful. Bill and the quys on the beach answered all questions and were very friendly. You could not ask for more. We are ready to go back. Thanks for making our vacation a GREAT one.

We have stayed in many condos in PC Beach and never are we saying, "I want to come back to this one" but we finally had that experience. It was great. Spacious, clean, and awesome view. All amenities were great. Sunrise Beach is very family oriented too. Thanks Sandy for the experience and we will be back soon!

We absolutely loved our condo!!! The most beautiful view; couldn't get enough of it!!! We are already thinking of the next time we can go. We stayed at the Calypso apt (14th floor). It was super comfortable; plenty of space for the kids and ourselves as well. It is walking distance to the Pier Park (great success); we went to the movies twice! It is the most beautiful place to stay in Panama City beach. Thanks!
