This condo has a cabin theme with beautiful views of the 144 acres that surround Notch Estates (which the resort privately owns). The condo features custom upholstered chairs, couch, and 2 recliners, a flat screen television and is across the street from 1 of the 2 pools on property. Notch Estates also boasts a children's playground, pavilions with firepit cookers (you can rent), laundry facility, hiking trails and fishing at it's own private lake where you can fish without a license-please catch and release so all guests and owners can enjoy a fishing experience.
One mile away from Silver Dollar City, this rental is great for guests who want to take advantage of the park's close proximity. The rental is also only two and a half miles from Branson West which has grocery stores, a super Wal-Mart, Walgreens, doctor's offices (walk-in), gas stations, restaurants, antique stores, coffee shack and more.
Golfing: Ledgestone-the private, master-planned, award winning golf course is just next door, but there are many golf courses in different price ranges in and around Branson and Kimberling City to choose from for your ideal golfing experience!
