This luxurious Villa Condominium is located on Flamingos Beach in Nuevo Vallarta at the 5 star Villa La Estancia tropical beach resort.
This luxurious 2300+ s.f. Villa is a fully equiped 2 bedroom property with a large master bedroom with King bed and sitting area that opens onto a large ground level patio with wet bar and Weber grill, and large ensuite bath with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower and his and hers vanity. The second bedroom features 2 Queen beds and ensuite bath with shower/tub, and also opens to the large patio. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TV's with cable and Central Air Conditioning with seperate controls.
The living room and dining area are comfortably and tastefully furnished in an open design with a well equiped kitchen for those times you would rather test your own culinary skills. The living room also features a flat screen TV, a queen sofa bed and opens to the large and comfortable patio, in a garden like setting.
The property features a large central courtyard with lush tropical landscaping, a multi-level pool with waterfall, a swim up bar, and 4 hot tubs next to the beach. There is also an on-site spa with massage, meditation room, aromatherapy, sauna and steam rooms, fully equipped fitness center and his and hers salons.
Also featured are a business center, kids club, convenience store with deli, internet cafe, and several nearby golf courses and the marina.

My family and I (total of 6) stayed here for six nights in early June. The listing description and photos were very accurate. The room was very beautiful, large, and clean; it also came equipped with everything that you would need to cook your own food. The property was also very beautiful, as well as the sister property next door. The owner was very helpful and prompt in answering questions. We used the pools at both La Estancia and the sister property. We cooked our own food usually for breakfast and dinner; however we usually ate lunch at the pool and dined at the pool restaurant at the sister property the final night. Service was always excellent and the food was above average. I look forward to staying at this property again and would recommend it to family friends. I have stayed at 4 hotels in Nuevo Vallarta and this was definitely the best of all.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We have stayed in many condos in Nuevo Vallarta, and this was the first that we didn’t have to clean ourselves upon arrival. The condo was very nice and as depicted in the photos. The maid service also did a great job keeping the condo clean. There were a few concerns regarding the condo, but the owner and La Estancia management addressed our concerns. The owner is very responsive. For example, he took a phone call while he was on the golf course. That’s service! The atmosphere in general was very nice and quiet. During our visit, there was no tussling for chairs by the pool and towels were provided, which was a first for us in Nuevo Vallarta. The gym is excellent. The staff is very attentive and helpful. La Estancia is a top notch establishment.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

Absolutely beautiful! inside and outside this resort. The Employees are excellent. The beach from left to right of our stay were just awesome. Get your daily walks in for miles or hours. Swimming in the ocean and the pool was awesome too. The Mega store was a quick cab ride and its everything you'll need & more. We walked to Bucerias every other day on our 10 day vacation. We enjoyed the live one man band at the Fat Boys Restaurant. Good Food & serving size too. On the flip side, our kitchen was lacking a few amenities such as a broom, xtra dish clothes n scrubby, garbage bags & serving bowls n spoons. The beds we found hard but thats what the hot tubs are for that comes with an awesome view of ocean and sunsets. We would definetly consider returning. Thank you Geb for all your fast replys. SilviaRecommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My wife and I wanted to experience Mexico for a 4th anniversary but didn't want to visit TOURISTY CANCUN and decided upon Nuevo Vallarta. The difficult part of our vacation began searching for a place to stay. After reviewing TRIP ADVISOR for property reviews we decided on "Villa La Estancia" and we were not disappointed!!!!!!!!! Upon entering the airy Great Hall of La Estancia you are greeted by tropical plants, astounding wood work and the welcoming staff which provide a warm face towel and a brief spa hand treatment. Your luggage is retrieved as you receive a brief introduction regarding the grounds and the sister property next door. We rented the condo of Geb Bailey and the place and amenities are exactly as pictured.... Literally seconds to the main pool with swim up bar and a few more seconds to the beach. The condo is located on the ground level and the condo has two exits: 1) Front Door which allows easy access to the gym and La Casona restaurant. 2) The second is the patio exit, it opens up to the main pool and beach areas and provides an excellent venue to have a sun filled breakfast or a sunset kissed dinner. The patio is also accessible from the living room as well as the bedroom. The living room area is spacious and comfortable to relax in after a day of sightseeing or winding down from the beach. The master bathroom rivals those in the states jacuzzi/ glass shower, his and her sinks. There is an abundance of closet space which is necessary if your wife or partner packs as many clothes as my wife. There is also a full bathroom in the common area between the living room and kitchen. One of the best manual amenities hands down is the washer/dryer in the condo, leaving a vacation with only clean clothes in your luggage PRICELESS!!!! The grounds are immaculate and all staff is ready and willing to ensure your stay is one of PLEASURE! I highly recommend Geb's condo and La Estancia and plan of visiting in the near FUTURE. Geb was also kind enough to provide a list of local restaurants that provided quality/variety and are easy on the wallet. Our host also answered any questions or concerns in a timely manner whether by phone or email. FYI: La Estancia is only a $20 cab to Puerto Vallarta for trinkets and sightseeing and there is also the convenience of two grocery stores a $5/8 cab away (La Mega/Walmart) respectively. Thanks for such a wonderful place to stay GEB.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
