Our private, air-conditioned, 1800-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath, golf, villa condominium comes completely furnished in beautiful Hawaiian décor and is adjacent the Kapalua Bay Golf Course. Our villa features a spectacular ocean and West Maui sunset view.
Our Kapalua Golf Villa offers excellent recreational facilities including four swimming pools, eight barbecues, and even many private garden areas. If you like, you can also use the pool at the Ritz-Carlton. The beaches are awesome and there are three located right in Kapalua with the famous Kapalua Bay being just two minutes away!
The resort has many excellent restaurants nearby and a free door-to-door shuttle is provided to take you anywhere on Kapalua property 24 hours a day!
There are two championship golf courses in the resort: The Bay Course and The Plantation Course which hosts the annual PGA Mercedes Championships. There is also a state-of-the-art Golf Academy encompassing 23 acres which offers individual instruction, golf school, and group clinics. And all our guests enjoy the benefit of booking 30 days in advance golf tee times.

We have had vacation rental property in Maui since 1995 and think that Kapalua is an excellent destination resort. Kapalua is so serene and peaceful...it's a great place to find some peace & quiet...although it's also packed with activities and World Class Golf! Our Villas are the perfect way to vacation in Kapalua!

The unit was extremely spacious, well designed and beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms have Ca king size beds and their own bath. There is also a pull out couch. Living areas are all very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals. The ocean view from the unit is awesome and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets there! I would definitely stay at the Kapulua Golf Villa again and this unit is a great choice!

The Villa was beautifully appointed with all the modern necessities and conveniences for a very comfortable vacation stay. The location on a hill overlooking the pool and ocean beyond is magnificent, and I enjoyed having my coffee on the patio in the morning and cocktails in the evening while watching the beautiful sunsets.

My husband and I stayed at the villa for one week together with our three adult children, yet it still felt spacious and comfortable. The unit was very clean at arrival & all appliances were functional. I especially liked the Hawaiian art decorating the rooms. I would like to mention that we stayed at other vacation rentals before, but this is the first time when we were satisfied in all aspects:cleanliness, comfort, location. I highly recommend this unit to others!

Having stayed many times at Kapalua Villas over the last 15 years and this being our first time through owner-direct rental, I have to say that the value received overall was excellent. Also,the location as well as our dealings with Gary and Geri were outstanding. My son's whole family also had a great time!

The Kapalua Golf Villas are By Far The Most Beautiful Place On Earth! The Moment you arrive you know you are in paradise! Easy to Find, Great Location , and Close to Everything you need! Located on the west Side of Maui with some of The Best Restaurants close by. The Condo has a Great View for your Sunset and is comfortabily furnished with everything you will need! (Great Beds) If Privacy is what you like than you definately will Love this Place!!! Oh ~~ Awesome Pool~~~

Our stay at the Golf Villa was amazing. The Villa was quiet, clean, comfortable and very spacious. The condo was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans, etc., as well as beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and kids beach toys. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the grounds of the golf villa were immaculate and the view was amazing! The pools and BBQ areas were very clean. We loved our stay at the Golf Villa and would recommend it to anyone & we will definitely go back!

We stayed at this villa for two weeks in July 2010, and have selected this villa because of its excellent reviews and still reasonable price. This exceeded our expectations. It is walking distance to the Ritz Carlton and Kapalua Bay (an excellent spot for snorkeling). With two large bedrooms there is plenty of space available. The living room is very nicely decorated, and comfortable. The lanai is wonderful, and you could almost spend the whole day at the lanai... The view is so beautiful!
