Our private, air-conditioned, 1800-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath, golf, villa condominium comes completely furnished in beautiful Hawaiian décor and is adjacent the Kapalua Bay Golf Course. Our villa features a spectacular ocean and West Maui sunset view.
Our Kapalua Golf Villa offers excellent recreational facilities including four swimming pools, eight barbecues, and even many private garden areas. If you like, you can also use the pool at the Ritz-Carlton. The beaches are awesome and there are three located right in Kapalua with the famous Kapalua Bay being just two minutes away!
The resort has many excellent restaurants nearby and a free door-to-door shuttle is provided to take you anywhere on Kapalua property 24 hours a day!
There are two championship golf courses in the resort: The Bay Course and The Plantation Course which hosts the annual PGA Mercedes Championships. There is also a state-of-the-art Golf Academy encompassing 23 acres which offers individual instruction, golf school, and group clinics. And all our guests enjoy the benefit of booking 30 days in advance golf tee times.

We have had vacation rental property in Maui since 1995 and think that Kapalua is an excellent destination resort. Conde Naste Traveller magazine has named Maui one of the Best Islands in the World for the past 13 years and Kapalua Bay as the Best beach in the World! Kapalua is so serene and peaceful...it's a great place to find some peace & quiet...although it's also packed with activities and World Class Golf! Our Villas are the perfect way to vacation in Kapalua!

"Gary, Just returned yesterday. The condo was great and we really enjoyed our time there. The view was fabulous. We really hated to move to the hotel after having so much space. We will certainly recommend your place to everyone we know and hope to be back again ourselves.

"This is the nicest place we stayed at in Maui! Been to the Ritz-Carton -but actually like this better! Much more private and peaceful & close to the pool for the kids. Kapalua Resort and your Villa is sooooo nice! We love the comfy King beds and how spacious the place is. We especially enjoyed the spectacular sunset views over the ocean. This must be heaven for golfers! When can we move in?

Wow! This is what we expected Hawaii to look like! Don't know if I told you that we had stayed nine nights on the Big Island, and all of us kicked ourselves when we saw what we could have been looking at for those 9 nights we spent on the B.I. My hubby and I are planning a trip just the two of us next time. We are all very comfortable here, and I know that we'll be very sad to leave this place. Everything is just perfect. The pool is so nice too! BTW, we're so happy to have wireless here, it' keeps us connected to our family back home. (-20 and snowing, we hear!!-LOL)

" I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time in your villa. The villa was actually larger than expected from looking at the photos on your site. The outside views are spectacular and the lanai is huge. The two pools that were within walking distance were very convenient and we loved the two gas grills that are covered at each pool. It really was like a home away from home with every amenity that you would desire. The Ritz is also an easy walk from the villa and a supermarket is within 1-1/2 miles. Thanks again for the wonderful and affordable vacation villa
