The Villa was beautifully appointed with all the modern necessities and conveniences for a very comfortable vacation stay. The location on a hill overlooking the pool and ocean beyond is magnificent, and I enjoyed having my coffee on the patio in the morning and cocktails in the evening while watching the beautiful sunsets.

The unit was extremely spacious, well designed and beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms have Ca king size beds and their own bath. There is also a pull out couch. Living areas are all very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals. The ocean view from the unit is awesome and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets there! I would definitely stay at the Kapulua Golf Villa again and this unit is a great choice!

Our stay at the Golf Villa was amazing. The Villa was quiet, clean, comfortable and very spacious. The condo was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans, etc., as well as beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and kids beach toys. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the grounds of the golf villa were immaculate and the view was amazing! The pools and BBQ areas were very clean. We loved our stay at the Golf Villa and would recommend it to anyone & we will definitely go back!

A very nice place to stay. Quite spacious, clean and comfortable. No real issues with any furniture or appliances. The estate is lovely.

My husband and I stayed at the villa for one week together with our three adult children, yet it still felt spacious and comfortable. The unit was very clean at arrival & all appliances were functional. I especially liked the Hawaiian art decorating the rooms. I would like to mention that we stayed at other vacation rentals before, but this is the first time when we were satisfied in all aspects:cleanliness, comfort, location. I highly recommend this unit to others!

Having stayed many times at Kapalua Villas over the last 15 years and this being our first time through owner-direct rental, I have to say that the value received overall was excellent. Also,the location as well as our dealings with Gary and Geri were outstanding. My son's whole family also had a great time!

The Kapalua Golf Villas are By Far The Most Beautiful Place On Earth! The Moment you arrive you know you are in paradise! Easy to Find, Great Location , and Close to Everything you need! Located on the west Side of Maui with some of The Best Restaurants close by. The Condo has a Great View for your Sunset and is comfortabily furnished with everything you will need! (Great Beds) If Privacy is what you like than you definately will Love this Place!!! Oh ~~ Awesome Pool~~~

We stayed at this villa for two weeks in July 2010, and have selected this villa because of its excellent reviews and still reasonable price. This exceeded our expectations. It is walking distance to the Ritz Carlton and Kapalua Bay (an excellent spot for snorkeling). With two large bedrooms there is plenty of space available. The living room is very nicely decorated, and comfortable. The lanai is wonderful, and you could almost spend the whole day at the lanai... The view is so beautiful!

The villa was just the right size for the four of us. The resort was beautiful. Our favorite boarding beach and snorkeling beach were the 2 beaches just north of the resort,,,so that was perfect. The condo faces west so sitting out in the morning or watching sunsets was wonderful (the condo gets really hot with that afternoon sun streaming in. It's great there were beach towels and coolers in the closet,,,just wonderful.

The Condo was very well layed out and the location couldn't have been better for quiet breakfasts, evening cocktails or a short walk to the pool. Tastefully decorated and golfing, snorkeling, is but a 3 minute drive away.

We really enjoyed our stay-great location to beaches,pools,just so much more that staying in a hotel can bring to the Maui vacation! This condo was beautiful in every way. Large airy rooms, beautiful view, perfectly situated close to swimming pool, beaches, restaurants and golf (if that's your thing!). Lovely, comfortable spot on Maui! The villa was great, spacious and well equipped. Including boogie boards for the beach and a blender for cold drinks! Gary of partners in paradise was very responsive in lead-up to vacation and the villa was in perfect condition on arrival. Enjoyed the pool and grilling poolside in the evenings.

"This is the nicest place we stayed at in Maui! Been to the Ritz-Carton -but actually like this better! Much more private and peaceful & close to the pool for the kids. Kapalua Resort and your Villa is sooooo nice! We love the comfy King beds and how spacious the place is. We especially enjoyed the spectacular sunset views over the ocean. This must be heaven for golfers! When can we move in?

Wow! This is what we expected Hawaii to look like! Don't know if I told you that we had stayed nine nights on the Big Island, and all of us kicked ourselves when we saw what we could have been looking at for those 9 nights we spent on the B.I. My hubby and I are planning a trip just the two of us next time. We are all very comfortable here, and I know that we'll be very sad to leave this place. Everything is just perfect. The pool is so nice too! BTW, we're so happy to have wireless here, it' keeps us connected to our family back home. (-20 and snowing, we hear!!-LOL)

" I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time in your villa. The villa was actually larger than expected from looking at the photos on your site. The outside views are spectacular and the lanai is huge. The two pools that were within walking distance were very convenient and we loved the two gas grills that are covered at each pool. It really was like a home away from home with every amenity that you would desire. The Ritz is also an easy walk from the villa and a supermarket is within 1-1/2 miles. Thanks again for the wonderful and affordable vacation villa
