Posting earlier this year as we rented it quickly last year. Peaceful 'beachy-feeling' home in beautiful beach town. We've just renovated the whole house - inside and out.
Only 2 blocks to town and 5 to the beach.
We love to spend mornings running on the boardwalk and then have breakfast on the great front porch before heading to the beach or lying by the pool. Plenty of pool loungers, gas grill, outdoor shower, hammock. There is parking for 3-4 cars and a stereo system is wired throughout the house, porch and backyard. Verizon Fios includes long-distance calling, wi-fi and cable. 2 large flat screen tvs, DVD players, laundry in basement. This is actually a 4 bedroom house but we use the 4th bedroom
as a den so there is a queen sofa bed in there. But feel free to use it as a bedroom as it has a door and closet.
Owner pays for weekly lawn service whie tenant pays cleaning fees (including pool)and utilities.
