Granite kithchen and bathroom counter tops. Large flat screen TV in livingroom. Free WiFi and cable TV. This is where our family has relaxed and vacationed for 20 years. The Colony at Winter Park is located near the Meadow Ridge Condos in Fraser, which is about five miles west of Winter Park, Colorado. There is free shuttle bus service throughout the area at 20 to 30 minute intervals during ski season and less frequent in the summerThe condo is close to everything including restaurants, and most important a Safeway grocery store. The condo is very well kept, has a great gazebo with an outdoor grill, and a balcony for the views. surrounded by beautiful tall pines. Very clean and nicely decorated. Not over done. Very warm and cozy. There are two bedrooms, the master with a king bed and an on suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. There is a new sleeper sofa in the livingroom.

My husband and I traveled with our two teen sons for a weekend of skiing/snowboarding. Doug was very helpful and responded quickly to e-mail/phone calls about our inquiry. The condo has an excellent location--close to Safeway, shuttle service, and 5 min. drive to Winter Park Resort. The beds were comfy as well as the leather couches. Great view of the mountains from the bedrooms! It was a quiet retreat after a day on the slopes and we had everything we needed. There are great shops, restaurants, and Christy Sports just down the road a few minutes away. We drove ourselves, but the shuttle is convenient. We had everything we needed for preparing meals and relaxing. Thanks for a value place to stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Our family has been vacationing here for years. We have 4 boys who love to ski and enjoy the summer activities. I am an Eye Doctor and my wife an Attorney. Time with the family is the most precious.
