Aside from hosting an elegant spa and a top fitness center, the resort has a waterslide, outdoor and indoor pools, hot tubs, movie theatre and of course, direct, secure access to the beach! The 750 ft. lazy river keeps the kids busy while two on site bars keep the adults happy!
Unit #609 has a double-size balcony with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Diamond Beach’s spectacular swimming pool. It is located on the sixth floor. This 1,461 square-foot three-bedroom condo is cozy yet spacious and allows enough room for the whole family! After enjoying your day at the beach, come home to relaxing, island style décor and indulge in one of Galveston’s finest!
The master bedroom/bathroom has a king-size bed, 37-inch flat screen TV, walk-in shower, his & hers sinks and is complete with a large walk-in closet! The other two bedrooms are fitted with a queen size bed in one and a full size bed in the other and share a bathroom. The family room is furnished with two chairs, one sofa, a 55-inch flat screen TV and astonishing ocean views. Condo amenities include: microwave, freezer/fridge, dishwasher, outdoor electric BBQ grill, washer/dryer and wireless Internet access.

This is an amazing condo, so beautifully decorated, and well equipped! The best part was the double balcony that gave a panoramic view of the ocean. This is by far the best place to stay on the entire island. We will, for sure, be back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Have stayed at Diamond Beach Condo. before, so am very familiar with facility and amenities. Condo #609 is very comfortable and well decorated. View of the gulf is spectacular. The condo was not as clean as it perhaps could have been, eg. furniture clipcovers were soiled. We had a problem getting hot water during all four days of our stay. One had to open ALL faucets, including both showers, and allow the water to run for 10 minutes or so before any HOT water came out. We were told that this was a "common problem in this part of the building." However, in previous stays, hot water was never an issue! The owner of #609 should have disclosed to us that she brings her cat. One of our party has a severe allergy to cats.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+.

My family and I just got back from our stay at Diamond Beach. WOW! The Property is amazing, with gorgeous pools (3 of them!) and GREAT unobstructed view of the Gulf. We loved the game room, kids play room and on site movie theater as well. Eugene was very helpful getting us settled in and giving us a tour of everything Diamond Beach has to offer (and a few tips on things to do in Galveston!). The Condo itself was cozy and comfortable. Well stocked with kitchen appliances/utensils, Bathrooms: hair dryers, bath towels and beach towels Things to bring: hand soap, extra toilet paper, personal toiletries like shampoo. Will DEFINITELY come back to Diamond Beach next year!! Our favorite spot on Galveston so far!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

What an amazing place! My family and I had a fabulous long weekend at Diamond Beach. It is in a class by itself. The condo itself is gorgeous; beachy without being tacky. It is comfortable and inviting. And it is very well stocked. All the staff that we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. And the ammenities!!! Oh my goodness! I saw the pictures and knew there was a nice pool, a game room, a gym, etc. But the photos don't do them justice at all.There is so much to do at Diamond Beach, you never need to leave. Of course, if you do want to get out, you are very close to all the attractions. I plan to come back and absolutely recommend this condo to anyone that has the opportunity to stay here.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.
