The house has been freshly painted, the hardwood floors have been refinished in a dark truffle finish and the house has been furnished with new neutral colored furnishings that reflect a simple and sophisticated decor with a nod to the beach. There is a sectional sofa that seats 6 which anchors the Great Room, with a coffee table and 2 ottomans. The Dining Room has a 72 inch round dining table with 8 slip covered parson chairs. These rooms are centered around the gas fireplace and a 46 inch flat screen TV. There is also a zinc plated top Kitchen table with 4 additional 'Seamist' wicker chairs. The open floor plan allows for great entertaining between the Kitchen and Living spaces and provides easy access to the rear screen porch and deck. The Porch contains a 3 seater sofa, 2 chairs & ottoman. The deck houses a new grill and 2 additional chairs. The entire upper floor is the Master Suite. This space features a king-sized bed, great closet space and private bath. There is also a sitting area if you need a private moment. Parking is abundant - there is a large driveway convenient for 4 cars and more space directly underneath the home for an additional 4 cars, if needed. 2 Rehoboth Beach Parking passes are provided with the rental.

If anyone is looking for a spectacular home in Rehoboth Beach, this is it! Our family had a wonderful time; your home is beautiful and so comfortable. We so appreciate your hospitality and cant wait to visit again this summer.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

This home is newly renovated and has everything that you need for a beach getaway. The owner provides parking passes to downtown Rehoboth and beach chairs/umbrella. There is ample parking for at least 6 cars as well as an outdoor shower and shed. It is an easy 15-20 minute walk to downtown Rehoboth, or an easy bike/car ride. The interior is gorgeous and the home very comfortable. The owner went out of his way to accommodate our group, and always responded very quickly to my questions. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy a nice home.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers.

-quick drive, easy access into rehoboth -good location of property--located in quiet cul de sac, which was great for my kids to play -had some issues getting wi-fi to work, owner was responsive and had the issue fixed quickly -beautiful floors -photos dont do this property justice, everything was new -plan on booking this place again for 2013Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
