Here at the GATED COMMUNITY of CEDAR HEIGHTS we have the answer for your getaway in our 1900-square-foot, completely furnished, lakefront condominium! Lake of the Ozarks - The Midwest's premier playground! Enjoy hundred's of holes of golf - Dozens of waterfront restaurants- Water Skiing - Tubing - Boating - Hiking - Sightseeing- There is something here for everyone. We are an EXCELLENT CHOICE for GOLF OUTINGS, SHOPPING TRIPS, WATER, and SUN. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bath. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom in the upstairs loft has double-size bed and also has a private bath. The sofa sleeper in the family room folds out to make another queen-size bed. Also, in the upper loft there is room for sleeping bags or air mattress's that would allow for sleeping 3 to 5 additional people. We are located on the 13 mile marker of the Niangua arm of the lake. The water is very calm and ideal for skiing, tubing, and boating. A 12-foot by 30-foot boat slip is available for use if needed. Two championship golf courses are within one mile (Old Kinderhook and Lake Valley) and more beautiful 18-hole courses are an approximate 15-minute drive away.(Tantara, Sycamore Creek, Bear Creek, Deer Chase,and Indian Rock) Also, our facility has two full-size swimming pools overlooking the lake's edge.
