  We have just returned home after spending the month of March in this beautiful home. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of this house, from the openness and brightness of the layout, the furniture, linens and especially the backyard! It is beautifully landscaped with a new pool, comfortable outdoor furniture and is situated on an inland canal – we just wanted to spend all of our time relaxing outside! After a few days of telling my husband how much I LOVED the house and yard, he informed me that he understood! The house is on a cul-de-sac and so is very quiet and safe for walking with young children and dogs. We are only one street away from Connor Park which takes us to the beach – easily accessible by foot or with one of the new bicycles provided. Also convenient is the fact that the house is a short drive to shopping (Publix, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc.) and restaurants (Mercato and Waterside Shops have a number of good restaurants). We have already reserved for next year – can hardly wait!!

  My husband and I have been visiting the Vanderbilt area, on and off, for the last 30 years. Consequently, we have rented several places many of which included the condos on the beach itself and, once retired, a condo resort community for 3 month stretches. The whole experience of renting this home is by far the best. The views overlooking the inland waterway are far more interesting than staring at the ocean! How wonderful to step out your door, into a lovely little garden, and swim in your own poool. It certainly beats going up and down in the elevator every time you feel like a dip. It is such a refreshing change to find owners who have furnished and outfitted their place with top quality pieces/items. From the comfortable living room furniture, to the exquisitely comfortable beds and outdoor furniture, they chose wisely. The whole feeling is that it is your own place and not someone elses. A wonderful two month stay.

  Everyone knows what it's like when you buy and take delivery of a new car. It feels good. This house, everything inside, floors, furniture, paint, kitchen, dishes, appliances, new, new, new. The outside has a new pool, new landscaping, new pier, new furniture. Everything inside and outside is new! Like a new car, it felt really good. We biked a lot. Oh yeah, on their new bikes. Took only 5 minutes to take a slow bike ride through a park to get to the beach where there's a bike rack. 100 feet from the bike rack is Delnor/Wiggins Beach state park. Walk ten minutes south on the beach and your at the Turtle Club. Great place to have a cocktail and watch the sunset on the beach. Great place for dinner too. Got to go grocery shopping or hungry? Walmart and McDonald's are side by side and are just a mile or so down Imokalee Rd. less than a 5 minute drive from the house. Tons of great restaurants on HWY 41, many within 5 to 10 minutes. This house has the location, location, location for a no hassle, get-there-quick-to-everything vacation. Recommendations: Restaurants close by- LuLu Bee's for breakfast and lunch. Seasons 52 for a healthy lunch or dinner. Favorite restaurant - Coconut Jacks (huge grilled Ahi Tuna Steak dinner - $25. Fun Tiki dining room). Fishing guide - Capt. Rainey at South Bay Marina (we always catch fish with this super friendly guy) Best value - $99 for a 90 minute sunset pontoon boat rental at Venetian Village I would definitely rent this home again and have no problem recommending it to others. We had 19 family members in Naples for Christmas, renting 3 other places, and all agreed this house was the best and the best value. Just a few more things. Nice neighborhood with beautiful homes and nice, quiet neighbors. Boat lift, easy to operate and can hold a large boat (28 footer??). New washer/dryer, new TV's, new DVD, new CD player. Enough away from the beaten path and very peaceful. My personal favorite thing.....the retractable remote controlled awning where I would escape to read a book when the sun was hottest. I'm buying one of these for my home. Lastly, very nice, conscientious owners and rental agent to work with.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
