Described as the 'perfect location' come relax and watch the sun set over Lake Coeur d'Alene from the large covered deck or the bright attached sunroom. This home has it all! Perfect for families who want to explore beautiful North Idaho and all it has to offer. You can enjoy a morning stroll along the Centennial Trail or walk to dinner at one of the areas best restaurants. Beach access is just across the street where the kids can play in the cool waters of the lake.
This home has recently undergone a complete remodel. The layout of the home was reconfigured to provide a perfect vacation home setup. The upper floor hosts the kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom, and two full bathrooms. There is a large enclosed sunroom where you can enjoy playing games or just taking in the beautiful views of the lake. On the warm summer nights you can enjoy relaxing on the large covered deck that provides the homes best views.
The lower floor of the home contains a large family room area with a sleeper sofa and TV where you can play games, work on a puzzle or watch movies. A wood-burning fireplace makes the room cozy during the colder weather months. Also downstairs are two additional bedrooms- one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed. A crib can be set up by request.
The remodel work included brand new applicances in the kitchen, a new washer and dryer for your use, new windows, new carpet, new tile, new countertops, brand new bathrooms, new sunroom, and much much more.
The house is just a few miles from downtown Coeur d'Alene which makes the location perfect- close enough to all that the town has to offer yet just far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the lake.
We know you'll love this home as much as we do!

Amazing get-a-way - house has everything!
Amazing get-a-way - house has everything!
We were in town for a family reunion in Couer d'Alene. My husband found this rental house online and it was availble for the 5 nights we were in town. Our family stayed here and there was plenty of room for me, my husband and our 3 month old, his parents, his two brothers, and his other brother, wife and 1 year old. Staying here saved us money as opposed to staying in a hotel and we were able to cook and eat cheaply and healthy because the kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed and more. Not only was the location convienient and the house packed full of everything we could need, but the view on the deck was AMAZING....we had our coffee out there every morning and it was beautiful lake/mountain view. Sunsets were gorgeous off the deck as well. We grilled out and they even had charcoal for us to use! Going home with clean laundry (since they had washer, dryer and detergent) was a great feeling. The house was super updated - including an amazing master and full bath. The charm of the house was awesome too - every nook and cranny (inside and out) was so cutely decorated and had nice touches. It felt so comfortable being there. It was nice not having cable/internet for 5 days, and felt like we really had some good family time there. The owner was super nice letting us in earlier than checkin and they had a nice crib and playpen for the two kids there! We loved it and we are going to stay here again whenever we go back, which I hope is soon!

They really have thought of everything in this house. The home is beautiful and very welcoming from the moment you walk in. The remodel was done very well, and it offers that older charm with modern updates. Our three grown sons and daughter-in-law joined us for this trip. The large covered porch was a lifesaver with all the rain that came down. We loved being able to sit on the porch and visit and watch the storms roll through. Great home! We will be back for sure.

My family and I rented this wonderful house for the Couer d' Alene Ironman weekend, and it worked out beautifully. The house had just been totally renovated, with new appliances and a lot of work invested inside and out. It seems that the owners had thought of everything, as there was just about everything we needed - even a crib, books and toys for our toddler. It's a two level, three bedroom, two bath house with a nice big sunroom that easily accommodated all of us. The location was absolutely perfect as well. We were only a few minutes from town, but on a quiet street in the hills with a gorgeous view of the lake and nearby mountains. If you're considering this as an IM rental, consider that this house is on both the run and the bike course. The house is located less than a hundred meters from CdA Lake Drive, and very close to the run course. My family was basically able to stay at home all day and still watch the race and cheer me on when I passed twice for the bike and once for the run. Although CdA Lake Dr was closed to traffic, it's not hard to get into town by driving the other direction on the street the house is on and get into town.By 2pm the road into town was open anyways. This will be my rental when I return to CdA, if it's available.

About: This home has been part of our family for years. It was previously owned by our grandmother who loved living on the lake and watching the deer come through her yard each morning. We know the North Idaho area very well as we have lived here for many years. If you need any information about the area, we are always willing to provide suggestions.
Why Bennett Bay:
This home has been in our family for more than 20 years. We are looking forward to sharing this wonderful home in a beautiful setting with those who enjoy Coeur d'Alene as much as we do.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Described by many as the 'perfect location' this home has it all. It is close to town where you can access all the great things about beautiful North Idaho and far enough away from town to enjoy the piece and quiet the lake has to offer. Our first guests raved that the home was very comfortable with the perfect floor plan for families to enjoy time together. The Centennial Trail and the lake are easily accessible which makes this home just as nice as staying in a lakefront home but without the costs. The home has no backyard neighbors and deer are often seen walking through the yard on their way to the lake. You can enjoy the breathtaking views as you watch the sun set from one of the many places in the home with a view. There is a lot of room for kids to play as the parents relax.
