  We had a wonderful time! We thought the cottage was great. It was supplied well and we found everything we needed while cooking and the games and movies were great for the kids. We are planning our next trip down.

  Thank you! This was so much more comfortable than a motel. I really liked that it was in a quiet neighborhood, dead-end street, and close to the beach. We wondered if the trains would bother us being so near, but they didn't at all. Nice layout. Convenient location for beach and shopping.

  Very comfortable home. Made two soldiers very comfortable and happy to spend their last few days stateside with family in a nice place.

  This was an excellent place to stay. My family and I enjoyed that there was a lot of room, a big kitchen, and a great back yard. Had a cook out, bonfire in the fire pit, and even an Easter egg hunt. The house was close to the beach and midway from attractions.We had three teenagers with us and this was a great place for them as well. Joni was so nice and very accommodating. We arrived early and she let us check in early. She was so pleasant and easy to contact. We had a great time. I will recommend the cozy cottage to any of my friends going to the coast.

  We stayed for 6 weeks and it was the perfect home away from home.... Can't wait to get back there next year... Great location close to food shopping and casinos and just a nice relaxing place to be while on the road working..... Thank you so much!

  This is a nice place to stay and enjoy the Gulf Coast. Owner is very friendly and accommodating and house has almost everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. Back yard is a big plus to a family with kids!

  My family and I loved the Cozy Cottage! The owner, Joni, was Very helpful to us. We were coming to town to see our daughter who was just getting back from Afghanistan. Since the military doesn't give us exact dates of when they will be back, Joni was with us every step of the way to make sure the house was going to be open. It was nice not having to worry about where we would be sleeping. The house was lacking Nothing! There was more than enough hot water for 7 people. There was plenty of seating for us all to sit and visit. At times there was 9 of us in the living room and kitchen and we had room for more! It was a perfect location for us to get out and about. I highly recommend a stay at the Cozy Cottage!! I look forward to visiting the area again and when we do, it will be at the Cozy Cottage. Thank you Joni! You made this Navy Mom very Happy!!!!

  My husband is from the area and we took the trip to Long Beach with my husband, myself, mother (who needed a get-a-way badly) and my grammy who has dementia. We knew being in a hotel setting may confuse and mess up her "daily routine" too much so we looked for a house to rent for the week. We are not very good planners and Joni allowed us to book her home on a short notice and even allowed us to extend our stay on a nights notice! She was amazing, she made sure all of our needs were met and was very easy to reach with questions. The home itself is very comfy. You have all you need down to dish soap, towels, and handsoap. We even had guest over for a family dinner and family breakfast. The CC allowed us to be comfy in a home setting and my grammy didn't really notice she was away out of her normal settings other than being so close to the beach and having people over she doesn't see often. We really enjoyed our stay here, it allowed us to be together as a family and to take grammy and my mom who needed to be able to let her hair down for a few days while my husband and I watched over gram's. We built new memories together and will hold them close we know gram wont be able to take trips like this again. Thanks again Joni! Even our doggie enjoyed the house, he loved running in the backyard and smelling all the new smells! It was important for us to have him there with us too. He is a BIG member of our family too.

  This house is great. It's very cute and plenty of space even for a big guy (me). Big kitchen with nice lighting. Super comfortable bed and nice proximity to the beach. Definitely recommended!
