After a fun day at the beach come home to our fabulous , newly refurbished, beach themed condo. Purchased in March 2012, we have installed new flooring (No nasty carpet), completely reno'd the bathroom, 3 New ceiling fans and have painted every room .There is a NEW KING BED, NEW QUEEN SOFA BED (6 inch mattress) and 500 thread count cotton sheets, fresh bath + beach towels and convenient In-suite laundry Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and serve with. Enjoy the NEW gas stove, NEW fridge and dishwasher plus New glassware, NEW dishes (service for 8) NEW appliances including a rice cooker and a blender to make your own frozen tropical drinks.
The living area has a flat screen TV, sound bar with I-pod docking station, DVD/VCR player and video library. We also have board games and books for your enjoyment.
This condo comes FULLY loaded with boogie boards, beach mats + chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, ice packs, Frisbee, tennis rackets + a beach cart to conveniently transport the fun easily across the street to the beach.
Walking distance to shops and restaurants, enjoy a night out and not worry about having to drive home.

the property itself is FULLY outfitted. We loved having EVERYTHING to cook with, serve etc. Everything required for the beach was provided. Fantastic! The position of the property is PERFECT! WE ENJOYED ALL THE AMENITIES: pools, walks in the gardens, BBQs, etc. Condo is very well maintained and clean. Everything is close by so one can wander around and enjoy a coffee, lunch, snack, glass of wine or?, and dinner along with a snoop in shops. Eating favourites Fred's, McGuillicutty's, Cafe au Lei... to name a few! A Perfect place in Paradise!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything that you need for a fun vacation, from kitchen utensils to beach toys to books, movies, and games. It truly felt like our own home. That, combined with the proximity to an excellent, family friendly beach, walking distance to great restaurants, and the short drive to everything Waileia has to offer makes this the a perfect little piece of paradise.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

My husband and I stayed at the Maui Fun Condo in August 2012 for 1 week. We traveled to Maui to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The condo is a short 15-20 minute drive from the airport and is in a great location right across the street from a beautiful beach we visited daily. When we arrived at the condo we were pleased to find it spotless and nice and cool considering it was extremely hot outside. The bed was very comfortable. The sheets were like new, soft and clean. The kitchen has a fridge, stove and microwave. There are dishes, pots and pans. Everything you need to cook is there. If you don't want to cook there are several restaurants down the street. There is internet access in the condo which we used daily as well as a nice TV with cable. The decor in the condo was really fun. Very cute Hawaiian themed posters and accessories. They also have everything you need for a trip to the beach including beach umbrellas, mats, beach chairs and snorkel gear. Overall our experience there was great and I recommend Maui Fun Condo. We will definitely be staying there again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My new wife and I couldn't have been happier with this condo which we stayed at during our honeymoon in Maui. From the first contact we made with Nicole we knew that this was the condo for us; we knew we could trust Nicole with providing a great place to stay for this important vacation. Nicole was very easy to get a hold of and took the time to phone us and answer all of our questions. She also shared lots of great suggestions about what to see and where to go during our trip. The condo itself had everything we could have needed. It was recently renovated and super-clean. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals in the condo and everything that we needed for days spent on the beach. The Kihei Akahi was the perfect location for us; pools/BBQ areas on site, beach access within walking distance as well as being close to some great restaurants. Choose C-318, you won't regret it!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had an amazing time on Maui, and found the Condo to be comfortable in everyway, clean , and well located...The owner had lots of good suggestions and we would certainly recommend it to our friends...It is a quiet well maintained building....Stayed cool, with lovely breezes..... Enjoyed going down to Fred's Pub for a drink , meal or snack so close by and lots of "energy" there!!! The beaches to the south of Kihei were amazing too esp. Makena and Big Beach... A day trip up to Lahaina is a must..and of course "The Road to Hana"(but leave early) All the shopping you could want is right there In Kihei and the Shops at Wailea. We have already booked an extra week for next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Thank you so much for all the thought you have put into your Maui Condo. We really appreciated how well the condo was equipped and the quality of products used, such as bedding, towels, etc. That and the location of the condo…close to everything…we were set for our Maui vacation. We do miss the morning tropical bird show that can be seen from your lanai. We look forward to our next visit.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

After coming to Maui every year since 2000, and staying many times at the Kihei Akahi, we knew this was where we wanted to purchase our condo. Kihei Akahi is always meticulously maintained. Situated on 6 1/2 lush acres it boast 2 swimming pools, 2 BBQ areas and tennis courts. Conveniently located across the street from our favourite beach (Kamaole 2) we are active people and this complex and location suits us well.
