The interior of our home is a Mary Roberts design with upscale decorating & every amenity possible. This exceptional home exceeds traditional standards. You’ll find stylish, beautifully coordinated designer furnishings throughout. Included are all new mattresses & upscale linen in all bedrooms to insure a good night’s sleep.

Master BD has a king-size bed, private bath, as well as a deck for quiet relaxation.

2nd BD has Queen-size bed & shares Hallway bath.

3rd BD has twin beds (they can be converted to a king size bed upon request); also has a built in office & a small library. All mattresses are pillow top & all bds have a TV & VCR.

All one-floor living is offered by this elegant home. The oversized living room has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace & a wall of glass to relax & view the local wildlife & the preserved maritime forest. If desired, the tiled kitchen with all new appliances & TV provides the ability to prepare & serve a full course meal.

This beautiful home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with little traffic, in a residential area of Sea Pines Resort. Spacious, 2400 square feet.

Inside, the home offers more than beautifully decorated rooms. Luxurious living areas include FP, Phones, Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, and a fully supplied Kitchen including a Moen Water Filter. Linens, Cookware and Utensils are provided. Extras include an Electric barbecue (once you have use it you will never go back to charcoal or gas), small library, five cable TVs, Four VCRs, Smoke-Free environment, 4 bicycles, and 4 beach chairs. Outside, there is a gorgeous deck with a wooded view and an Atrium Deck ready for dining.

The larger Plantation Club Pool is easily accessible by bike (only 5 minutes) or a 2-minute ride by car. The restaurants and shops of South Beach Marina and the Calibouge Sound lie to the southwest. Walk, bike, or drive to the championship golf courses, tennis courts, or beaches.

  • Pet Friendly : We are pet Friendly and so is Hilton Head Island. There is a pet bakery at Coligny Plaza. There is also a pet park at the north end of the island. Beach Policy for Animal Regulations: April 1 - May 30 - Animals must be on a leash between 10 AM and 5 PM. May 30 until Monday of Labor Day weekend - NO animals allowed on the beach between 10 AM - 5 PM. Tuesday after Labor Day - September 30 - Animals must be on a leash from 10 AM - 5 PM. October 1 - April 1 - No leashes required at any time, however, your dog IS required to be under positive voice control. On the beach or not, local law requires owners to clean up after their pets.
