The beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are only a 5-minute bike ride to the east. Choose between a secluded beach or the Sea Pines Beach Club. Walk to 3 golf courses or to the on-site swimming pool and unlimited-play tennis court.
The interior of our home is a Mary Roberts design with upscale decorating and every amenity possible. This exceptional home exceeds traditional standards. You’ll find stylish, beautifully coordinated designer furnishings throughout. Included are all new mattresses and upscale linen in all bedrooms to insure a good night’s sleep.
Master bedroom has a king-size bed, private bath, as well as a deck for quiet relaxation.
Second bedroom has Queen-size bed and shares Hallway bath.
The third bedroom has twin beds (they can be converted to a king size bed upon request); also has a built in office and a small library. All mattresses are pillow top and all bedrooms have a TV and a VCR.
All one-floor living is offered by this elegant home. The oversized living room has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, video library and a wall of glass to relax and view the local wildlife and the preserved maritime forest. If desired, the tiled kitchen with all new appliances and TV provides the ability to prepare and serve a full course meal.
This beautiful home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with little traffic, in a residential area of Sea Pines Resort. Spacious (2400 square feet) and bright, our vacation home is located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation and enjoys a beautiful view of the local maritime forest filled with wildlife.
Inside, the home offers more than beautifully decorated rooms. Luxurious living areas include Fireplace, Phones, Air Conditioning, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, and a fully supplied Kitchen including a Moen Water Filter. Linens, Cookware and Utensils are provided. Extras include an Electric barbecue (once you have use it you will never go back to charcoal or gas), small library, five cable TVs, Four VCRs, Smoke-Free environment, 4 bicycles, and 4 beach chairs. Outside, there is a gorgeous deck with a wooded view and an Atrium Deck ready for dining.
Walk to our community center with a pool, basketball court, tennis court, and a children's playground. The larger Plantation Club Pool is easily accessible by bike (only 5 minutes) or a 2-minute ride by car. The restaurants and shops of South Beach Marina and the Calibouge Sound lie to the southwest. Walk, bike, or drive to the championship golf courses, tennis courts, or beaches. Walk to the Harbour Town Golf Links, Home of the WorldCom/Heritage Pro Tour Golf Tournament. Walk or bike to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, former host of the Family Circle Tennis Tournament and run by Stan Smith. Walk to the Sea Pines Center for your morning coffee, croissant and newspaper.
Enjoy the amenities of the Sea Pines Beach Club. The Beach Club has full facilities including clean restrooms, showers, an outdoor bar and grill and nightly entertainment. The hard white sand is ideal for beach combing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddleball, and "building castles in the sand."
A gated community, Sea Pines Plantation offers golf, tennis, horseback riding, and miles of bike, walking, and nature paths. Everything is provided to make your vacation perfect. Located in the center of Sea Pines Plantation, this vacation home is only a short walk or drive to the amenities mentioned.
