  I stayed with family for a long Easter weekend and the accomodations were great. The location is ideally located between Rehobeth and Bethany Beach and right across the street from the Deleware State Beach. Its on its own little island which is very quiet. My girls loved the bunk beds and each of the rooms (minus the bunk bed room) has its own balcony. Great spot for a long weekend or really any R & R!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This review is long overdue. My wife and I have discussed multiple times how this was by far our best beach trip in quite some time. We absolutely LOVED the location. The house was extremely clean and up to date and had every comfort you could ask for. The location was perfect for us because we love being able to visit all of the board walks from Rehoboth to Bethany to OC. It was also nice to have a jet ski rental literally 50 yards from the front door. Along with the ability to step out a few feet and go fishing with the poles and gear you all had available...we truly had a blast. Thank you so much for being extremely easy to rent from and doing absolutely everything you said you would. We even received our security deposit back in full within a week of returning. Thank you so much...we hope to visit your home again next year.

  Excellent, vacation spot would like to return in 2014 same week would come back in 2013 but already have reservation in Aruba.. Townhouse was well kept and had all the amenities that we needed to make for a wonderful vacation. Owners were very accessible when we had questions and had all the answers. Only steps to fishing and the Beach made it perfect.

  just perfect. the water views from the balconies and windows was so pretty and relaxing. makes a great place for weary minds. very quiet but yet just minutes to bethany and rehobeth if you're in the mood for good restaurants, shopping and some excitement. the owner-provided towels, grill, beach chairs, and well-stocked kitchen made packing alot easier. great layout for families with teens. our kids each had their own suite on the second floor with balconies and there was an additional bedroom with 4 bunk beds. the suites had plenty of "hang out" room. The upper floor was a nice place for adults with a master suite, living room/dr and kitchen. Beach with lifeguards was just 1/4 mile away. boating and jetskiing was just out the front door. Really neat location at the end of an inlet down a long road underneath the bridge. Highly recommend this place.

  We spent a very relaxing week at South Shore Marina. Everything we needed was there - beach chairs, beach towels, linens - even bikes and a crab trap! The second fridge in the garage came in handy, since there were 4 teenage boys along on the trip. We drove all of our "stuff" to the beach, but it's an easy walk back and forth. Donna was very helpful with getting all of our questions answered. A great option for two families. Thank you - would definitely recommend it!

  I enjoyed spending my vacation at your lovely beach home; the memories are to be cherished. The experience was beyond what I expected; everything we needed was here. My children and their families came for several days and loved it. It is very kid friendly from little ones to teenagers. My 5 year old granddaughter caught her first ever fish, a flounder, with her Barbie fishing rod. An added feature we really enjoyed was the pool after a hot day at the beach. I especially loved the lighted view of the bridge. You can book me for next year; I didn't want to leave. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they are wonderful people. You know when you walk in the door that you are going to have a great vacation. i would and will recommend this beach haven to my friends and other family. Thank you Donna and John for a WONDERFUL vacation.

  We had a wonderful time at this location. The house was very clean and well furnished. We brought our bikes with us and enjoyed riding bikes to the beach, downtown Bethany, across the bridge to the marina and on the bike trail at Rehoboth Beach. The whole family wanted to stay another week. All of the e-mails to the owner in preperation for our vacation where answered promtly. Thanks

  My family enjoyed a VERY hot week at the beach. The condo was located several blocks from the beach but access was easy by bike or walking. The owner provided two bikes in the condo in excellent condition. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you would need for meals at home and a new grill. We had an opportunity to view fireworks from the balcony in several locations. The owner was responsive to questions and needs that occured during our stay. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. Hope to return next year.

  Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful Bethany beach home! We had a fabulous time. Your home is generously appointed with all the amenities we could ask for including linens, beach towels, beach chairs and a spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances to cook our dinners! This was a special treat since we have had to bring all of these items when we rented from other owners. The furnishings were all very nice including comfortable mattresses & pillows. We have been disappointed in the accuracy of photos we have seen online for other properties. Your photos were right on - if anything they didn't do your home justice! The water view was unbelievable and very relaxing. We were initially concerned with the proximity to eating areas and things to do but that was a non-issue. We discovered new and delicious restaurants in Bethany and a wonderful grocery store about 5 minutes away. We took a bike ride in to Bethany for breakfast one morning and shopped in the nice little boutiques. The kids loved fishing right off the bank and even caught two large Stripers! The beach was less crowded than so many other places we've been to. My husband loved watching the boats coming in and out of the canal while we relaxed on the sand! We will definately be back and highly recommend your lovely home! Can't wait to see that beautiful bridge lit up again! Thanks!
