This is the perfect place to stay, walk to trail heads for hiking,,walk to shopping and eating, even walked to church and Sunday brunch. The house is good,,,one bedroom and bath down and two bedroom and bath up. Good water and good heat and air cond., washer and dryer work good,,,,ate in dinning room with big window,,,stay and enjoy,,,Jerry GlanvilleRecommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

I wanted a house near Pearl St so our son could join us for lunch and after work, so the location was perfect. The house is nice and clean. The backyard is not large because it is shared by 2 other dwellings on the property. I took a star off for the payment transaction. Ended up sending a double payment plus the deposit, before 1 was returned. Deposit took 20 days to be returned. Also, they want the full rent amount as soon as you book, but according to the contract, in the event you need to cancel, the rent amount is only returned if they can rent it out again. This house is in a terrific location for a family vacation, just 3 blocks from Pearl Street! We are a family of 5, with two teenagers and an 11-year old, and everyone loved it! The owner is very accommodating and even brought us some games when I asked. It is very clean and well-kept. The Internet is very good (I have stayed in too many places with flaky Wifi!). The 2nd floor was a bit warm when the temperatures hit 95 degrees for us.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
