Your very own, top-floor, Buffalo Ridge condo has fabulous mountain views! This spacious (1052 sq.ft.) three bedroom, two bath condo has spectacular views of the Continental Divide, Keystone ski slopes, the Ten Mile Range and Lake Dillon. Adding to the drama is a wetland area with old beaver ponds situated below our deck.
Five major ski areas are located within 10-15 miles of this beautiful condo. The Summit County Stage (free bus service) stops at the condo's entrance and provides totally free transportation to Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and A-Basin. In addition, Vail/Beaver Creek is about 30 minutes west on I-70. This awesome alpine area is a skier's and hiker's dream come true!
Your lodge-like condo is surrounded by the beauty and wildlife of the Arapahoe National Forest and the Eagle's Nest Wilderness Area. Two hiking trailheads are 1/4 mile from the back doorstep!
This condo will accommodate eight people easily and ten in a pinch. The Master Suite is furnished with a queen bed. Bedroom #2 also has a queen bed. A spiral staircase leads to the loft (Bedroom #3) which features a queen bed and bunk beds. If needed, the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room will accommodate two extra guests. Please keep in mind that this is a no-smoking condo.
The dining table seats eight comfortably, plus there is space for two additional guests at the breakfast bar. The fully-equipped kitchen is well stocked with all the basics to easily satisfy your cooking needs!
The condo's Colorado mountain decor features a large, woodburning fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and sliding doors opening onto a deck. A generous supply of firewood is provided for the fireplace, of course.
Our guests really enjoy having the choice of three conveniently located clubhouses--all at no additional cost! Each of the three clubhouses has a heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and game room. One clubhouse also features a racquetball court, and there is even a tennis court for the summer enthusiast.
Covered parking for your car and on-site laundry facilities will also help to make your vacation easier and more comfortable.
Your hosts are Lonni and Steve Bell, the condo's owners. We do want you to be aware that, since the condo is on the third floor, there are stairs to climb. However, a convenient back entrance cuts the climb in half for loading and unloading your car, and the top floor view is absolutely the best in Summit County!
RESERVATION INFORMATION: For your convenience, we now offer a choice of Visa, Mastercard or personal check. To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit for two night's lodging. Payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to your planned arrival date. A fully refundable $200 security/damage deposit is also required; your refund will be issued within two weeks of your departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, the total amount is fully refundable. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, you forfeit two nights rental. However, at any time we will refund the full amount if we can rent the unit for the nights that are cancelled. |
