Wake up and walk right out your front door and head to the beach for a day of sunning, swimming, snorkeling and fishing. Come home to your beach retreat and barbeque on your private back deck. No large condo to walk through. Park right at your front door. Master bedroom is located on the first floor with full private bath, queen bed, twin day bed, 19' TV and private deck. There is also a second bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed, 25' TV and access to shared second full bath. Full size washer and dryer on first floor. New tile through out. Upstairs you have your living area with two large wide sofas, 27' TV, DVD and VCR with hard wood floors and large deck. You have a distant view of the harbor and dunes leading to the gulf.
The kitchen and dining area are also on the second floor. Kitchen is fully stocked with white tiled counter tops and concrete bar with seating for two. Dining area with seating for 4 more guests. Large deck off of the kitchen dining area with large Weber Gas grill for your private barbeques, No shared grills like you find in condos. Additional half bath upstairs. Unit has a queen air mattress. Wireless internet.
Take a short walk through the dunes to a secluded beach. Not many of these left anymore. Beach is located very close to the Jetties where all the snorkel boats go. Great place to dive, snorkel or fish. Plenty of nice linens, pillows, etc. Graco Pack n Play available in unit.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided.
I even provide beach towels. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes.

I have absolutely no complaints about the Townhome!! My family and I stayed here and it was the perfect setting. The beach was close enough to walk to. The photos were very true to life. As expected, 14 Gulf Breeze Ct was another great property offered by Kim Lang Vacation Rentals. This was our third vacation with them and everytime we have been more than satified with our accomodations. You can spend hours at the beach during the day!!But don't forget to visit all the great ammenities and fun that Destin offers. Thank you for another great vacation and we will be returning soon. May 2011 Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation home to share with our family. It was so wonderful to have enough room for EVERYONE! The little ones still had a quiet place for a nap. We enjoyed cooking. We just had everything we needed! The home is beautiful! When we walked in we were amazed at the beautiful tile!! It was so fun to see the reaction from both our adult children and grand-children. Our oldest son told us he just wanted to pick the house up and take it back to TN!
