From the moment you step into our unit , you will relax and experience the tranquility of a warm, natural beach color decorative pallet. Our unit affords stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico or the Intercoastal waterway from every room. You can enjoy these views from a large 370 sq ft balcony which is accessible from the large open living room and the master bedroom. You can also enjoy this spectacular view from the fully stocked kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom offers a large. plush king bed and large walk-in closet.. The master bathroom offers a double sink vanity and a jetted garden tub and shower. Enjoy a skyline view of the ocean while soaking in the large garden tub. One of the large guest rooms is outfitted with two queen beds. The second guest bedroom offers two double beds with a roll-away bed available for additional guest.                         Just returned from our first stay at Beach Colony and hope to return soon! The property was exactly as described and photographed--yet the decor and amenities were even better in person. The Iverstines were so helpful prior to the trip and during the trip; they answered questions about places to eat, how to work the new television system, and of course the codes! We enjoyed the complete privacy the Beach Colony provides....only 4 units per floor....keyed entries.....very quiet. We found the pool and beach area to be very family-oriented and well-maintained. Thank you again for welcoming us into your home! We will be back! The Yearbook team from Laurel, MS

                        Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
