The dining table seats 10 in a spacious ligth-filled dining room, with a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings.
Moderm ammenities include a top-of-the-line water purification system througout the entire house (including showers), unlimited hot water, spacious bathrooms and showers, large designer kitchen with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces or just a quick meal - with a double refrigerator, 6 burner stove, microwave and dishwasher. Service room with modern washer and dryer.
Enjoy entertainment on TV, DVD or CD player. WIFI Internet through the entire house.
ADDED FEATURES:
Included in the price is the professional service of our trusted and carefully selected staff: Maid (2 days a week) and Gardener ensure the guests at this villa have a relaxing & worry-free vacation. You can hire the maid for cooking for $ 15 per day.
Private location in an area with no cars. The beautiful grounds are protected by a large and secure fence for ultimate privacy.
Boat transfer in and out are included in the price for weekly rental.
ACTIVITIES:
It is located in Atitlan's safest and more relaxed village, Santa Cruz. Only a short walk to the charming beach front restaurant of main pier of Santa Cruz, where you can catch the public boats and find the 'main hub' of restaurants and cafes.
Perfect spot to go kayaking - a great activity for families - scuba diving or explore local living Mayan culture. You can also just stroll the gardens among the tropical flower, watching and listening to the many birds. Go swimming in the private pool with the swim pump or take a refreshing dive in the lake right from the dock.

After a lovely boat ride, we arrived at the house where several people were expecting us and helped carry our luggages. After a 5mn walk, we arrived at the house which was located in a beautiful groomed garden with a swimming pool, with a stunning view of the lake. Once home, we were greeted by a lady who had prepared for us a delicious dinner. Her banana cake was the best i ever tasted! The bedrooms were comfortable. From our bedrooms, the spectacular view of the lake made our mornings so special. We would wake up and run to the lake to capture the first light of the early sun and run back to our elevated bedrooms and shoot more of the early sun rays. Looking at the lake from our house, I had the feeling that a prehistoric animal would pop out at any time. Nature was so spectacular. We were so grateful to be able to treat ourselves to such a special place. We all want to come back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Excellent house and staff,very comfortable,modern Kitchen,pool and garden all are irreproachable . Only suggestion would be to add some bedside lights, and possible a double bed in one room.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
