  Mes amies et moi (nous sommes 3 filles de 19ans chacune) avons loué ce superbe appartement pour une durée de deux semaines. Nous avons trouvé qu'il correspondait parfaitement aux descriptions ainsi qu'aux photos. L'appartement est très bien équipée, pratique et moderne. D'autre part, sa localisation est parfaite: à 5minutes à pied de la plage (au bout de la rue), 5min en taxi de La Rambla. De plus, des arrêts de bus ainsi que une station de métro se trouvent à quelques pas de l'appartement. Cela facilite le déplacement vers le centre. A quelques mètres de l'appartement se trouve un SPAR (dans lequel il est possible de faire ses courses), un marché, des boulangeries ainsi que des restaurants. D'autre part, le quartier est plutôt calme, aussi bien la journée que le soir. C'est donc pour toutes ces raisons, que nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Les petits inconvénients que nous avons pu noter que que l'appartement est peu éclairé par la lumière naturelle du jour, d'autre part, il n'y a pas de miroir, autre que celui de la salle. Cependant, cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un super séjour. Ps: Le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant. En cas de problème, il ne faut pas hésiter à le contacter.

  Location très bien située dans un quartier typique de Barcelone, près d' un marche et de pleins de commerçants dont une excellente boulangerie, près de la plage et d' une station de métro, l' appartement est très propre, très fonctionnel et décore avec beaucoup de gout, le propriétaire est très sympathique, petite rue très calme, nous avons passe un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cette location.

  Hi Jordi and Anna Just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. We just loved the city. The apartment was very conveniently located and met all of our expectations, clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was a great addition so you should publicize that on your website if you have not already. Cab driver was right there on time to pick us up as well. Thanks again Larry and Cheryl

  This is a fully equipped apartment with everything you need in a fantastic part of Barcelona. Only 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the metro and about 20 minutes from the gothic area and yet not feeling too "touristy" at all. Everything you need is close by. While the apartment is quite small, we were a family of 4 and it suited up perfectly and was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

  The location of this flat was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything and when we didn't feel like walking we were close to a metro stop. It is located a block away from a market which was nice to make tapas at home. It was clean and just the right amount of space for two people on their honeymoon. The owners were kind and accommodating. The only negative thing we can come up with is that we would have preferred one double size bed instead of two twins. However with the amount of visitors they see, I can understand why they have two twins. Would definitely book again.

  My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this property. Barceloneta 1 was stylish, cozy and spotless and had all the amenities we needed. It was also in a perfect location. We were able to take the metro to and from the airport very easily and bought a 10 ride pass which made all of the sites very easy to visit from the Barceloneta station which was minutes from the apartment. La Rambla, the beach, Picasso museum, Gaudi cathedral, Guell park are all easily accessible. The market is right outside your door as well as some great restaurants. This ground floor unit was also surprisingly quiet. Jordi was a wonderful host and made sure we were very happy with our stay. We hope to stay in Barceloneta 1 again soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

  We are a family with two kids and spent a wonderful time last week in Barcelona. The apartment was just great for us, a bit on the smaller side but provided for our needs. The only drawback I saw at the beginning was the lack of Internet connection but this proved beneficial to us, after all it meant more sightseeing and less time spent on Internet! The location was great, close to city center, walking distance to Barri Gothic and Barcelonetta metro station and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Have I mentioned the proximity to all the little shops, the 10m distance to the croissant and baguette shop just around the corner that provided our breakfast each morning, the cafes and all other restaurants? Thank you again! Hope to be back soon!

  The property is in an excellent location, bakery and shop at the end of the street, Close walking distance to local shops, marina and bars, 10 - 15 min walk to main tourist attractions - La ramblas, gothic quarter and beach, Handy bus stops for tour bus or local bus dotted about. The apartment looked exactly like it did on the pictures, very clean, good facilities, A lot smaller than it looked on the pictures, quite cramped for 4 people, probably better for 2 to share. Overall very happy with this accomodation and would book it again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  My wife and I stayed at this apartment in mid-May and found it an great choice. Location was excellent. Close to a wide range of restaurants, quick bus ride to Las Ramblas and close to the metro. It you are looking for the beach it is only a 5 minute walk. The apartment is small but perfect for a couple. One would think that the apartment would be noisy being on street level but the sound proof windows and door keep it very quiet and the AC will keep you cool. We did have a bit of a problem with the clothes washer/dryer since they are much smaller than ones in the US but there is a self service laundry two short blocks away so it was not a big deal.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

  They were very nice and accommodating. The place is very well located, clean and well stocked. Definitely a good choice in Barcelona!
