This 1300 H&C Sq.ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath gulf front condo is located at the famous Edgewater Beach Resort. This condo can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for entertaining and enjoying those wonderful family meals together. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and cable. This low level condo offers amazing gulf views from the private balcony, living room, and dining area. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a king size bed, flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. There is a large, private bathroom off of the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a full size guest bathroom located off of the hallway. There is a stacked washer and dryer off of the hallway for your use. Wireless internet is also available. Edgewater Beach Resort has eleven different pools, a nine hole golf course (c), arcade room, on site restaurant, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, and much more! We require everyone to be 25 or older to stay in this home, unless they are accompained by an adult couple or have management approval.
