A new central air system, a 50' flat screen TV with 108 channels, and comfortable new furniture will make your stay especially enjoyable.
The pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico and wonderful white sand beach are right out the back door...you can't get any closer! Leave your shoes at the door and enjoy your stay...you won't want to go anywhere else once you step into the house. Pour a tall cool drink and enjoy it on your private beach as you watch the kids build sandcastles and boogie board in the surf. No need to haul your beach stuff back and forth to your rental...you're already on the beach! Have a leisurely lunch in the bug-free, fully screened beachside lanai while you listen to the surf's serenade.
Later take a stroll south down the beach to the Sand Bar Restaurant and enjoy a beverage of your choice and listen to the musician play 'Cheeseburger in Paradise'. Maybe stay for lunch or dinner and have your own cheeseburger in paradise!
If you'd like to explore, you can take a day trip to Eggmont Key National Park and explore the miles of deserted beaches and the brick paths built decades earlier. Or stay here on Anna Maria and discover the interesting history of this barrier island, as well as its wonderful wildlife. You'll discover manatees, box turtles, dolphins and sea birds, as well as our local bright green parrots, who love to let you know they're around by happily squawking out their greetings. It's easy to take the free trolley all over the island and see how special Anna Maria Island really is.
