The Abbington Villas are located just past "The Hilton Hotel" in the Leamington section of Palmetto Dunes Plantation. They are beautifully landscaped and overlook the lagoon. These villas are situated across from the Windsor Place and Barrington Condominiums. Private entrance with parking available just outside each individual unit. Just a short walk to the beach, Abbington renters have Beach access at the Barrington or Hampton facilities and all other Palmetto Dunes amenities.
Abbington villas are extremely comfortable and have two bedrooms each with their own adjoining bath. The master suite has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. The living room has a large sofa with adjoining matching chairs/accessories. An armoire with a TV/VCR and stereo system is located across from the sofa. There is also an additional TV located in the master bedroom.
The kitchen is large and well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator, walk-in pantry, and a full washer and dryer. Our kitchen boasts a beautiful, total remodel done in the winter of 2010. The adjoining dining room seats six comfortably. Both the living room/dining room area and master bedroom overlook the beautiful lagoon.
Palmetto Dunes now provides free shuttle service available to residents and guests. Getting from place to place within Palmetto Dunes will now be easy and convenient. The shuttle service will take you to the beaches, golf courses, tennis center, restaurants, and the Plaza at Shelter Cove, shops, and hotels-all within Palmetto Dunes.
Please: No smoking and no pets in villa.

Kathy, We do some cooking and found the updated kitchen wonderful. The appliances were extra special. Washer/dryer worked great for us. We especially like the 10 steps from the car to the 1 floor condo. The extra bedroom comes in handy to store gifts for the grandkids. We enjoy sitting on the deck and listening to the birds sing, but the alligator must have found a girlfriend because we didn't see him this year. Thanks for the use of your home, David and Sandy

My family and I have stayed in this Abbington condo many times over the past 6 to 7 years and have always left after the week's stay wondering how soon can we return for another week of rest and relaxation. The owners are always attentive to our needs and will go out of their way to make their accomodations like being at home. The condo is an end unit which gives the living area a more open appearance with the extra windows on the outside wall. Beds are very comfortable, it is always sparkling clean when we arrive and has all the conveniences of home. Another highlight is that these condos are all ground level, one story units, you literally drive within 15 feet of the front door to unload your car. Beach is an easy walk across the street and past a highrise condo complex. There are plenty of restaurants nearby; recommend that you try Skull Creek Boathouse, it is next to Hudsons. You will not be disappointed if you choose this owner's Abbington condo for your next vacation!!

Fabulous condo! Beautifully decorated; immaculate! Gorgeous new fully-equipped kitchen. Great deck overlooking lagoon, which we enjoyed immensely. Steps to the beach. Couldn't ask for anything more. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. We have been all over Hilton Head Island for the last 35 years, and this property ranks at the top!
