Bring your whole family, including your precious pooch, to the beautiful New Jersey shore for a fun vacation! Nicely decorated 4 bedroom, 2 full bath townhome just three blocks from the beach and one block from tennis, basketball and a playground. The house is located near the west end of 40th Street, near 4th Avenue.
The first floor has three bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with 2 twin beds, one with 2 queen beds) and 1 full bathroom with a bathtub. The second floor has the Master bedroom (king bed), 1 full bath with shower, fully-equiped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, mounted 42' HD flat panel TV, new sectional sofa and 2 dining tables. Sliding doors open to a deck with 3 teak lounge chairs and a dining table with 6 chairs. The yard is fully fenced. The backyard has an outdoor shower and a large deck.

This house is dog-friendly. Although the house is thoroughly cleaned between renters, if you or your family members have pet allergies, your should consider another house.

great time had by all. nice to have our dog with us :-) even better to have all the teenagers one floor below! plenty of sleeping space, clean house, comfortable!Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers.
