Very nice condo. The location can't be beat... its right on a very nice sandy beach but has a beautiful grassy area right in front of the condo if that's your preference. The condo is well stocked. The kitchen lacks nothing and there are beach chairs and matts along with sand toys for the kids, and a cooler for picnic lunches. Even beach towels are provided. It was nice to have a small washer and dryer right in the unit to do a small load of clothes or freshen up the bathing suits and towels. Although the resort had a fire in Sept 2012 its a very nice complex. The pool was nice and warm and the barbeques were great! Our husbands had a great time meeting new barbeque buddies every night. Strongly recommend! We will be back someday, I'm sure. Lori

About the owner: We purchased our 'home away from home' in 1985 and haven't looked back! We travel to Maui from our Hollister Calif home whenever we can and we give guests the opportunity to enjoy it when we're back on the mainland.

We had vacationed on Maui before we purchased our condo, and really liked the West Side and especially the North Shore area. We vacationed in this condo we own now, and when we found out it was for sale, we jumped at the chance to buy it.
