A Deposit of $500 is required within five days to reserve your week. Otherwise, the week will remain available for rental to others. Lease agreements will be mailed immediately following receipt of your deposit. The signed lease and 50% of the weekly rental is due within fourteen days with the remaining balance due thirty days prior to occupancy. Your deposit will serve as the security deposit. |
