Wake up and see the ocean from either of the two master bedrooms. Each master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath and walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms each have two twin beds and share a large "Jack and Jill" bath. A full bath with large stall shower is located on the ground floor adjacent to a large, fully enclosed garage.

* Deposits and Rental Procedures: Summer rentals (June through August) begin with check-in at 2:00 PM Saturday with 10:00 AM check-out the following Saturday. A Deposit of $500 is required within five days to reserve your week. Otherwise, the week will remain available for rental to others. Lease agreements will be mailed immediately following receipt of your deposit. The signed lease and 50% of the weekly rental is due within fourteen days with the remaining balance due thirty days prior to occupancy. Your deposit will serve as the security deposit.
