Great Condo and location!
Great Condo and location!
We stayed 3 nights in this wonderful condo. We live in Colorado so it was a last minute weekend getaway. The owner responded immediately and was VERY helpful in every way. Letting us check in early and check out later then normal. The Condo is in a wonderful location. We loved walking around the Winter Park Base Village. Great restaurants and this weekend had lots to do. Alpine slide, Mini golf, ride the chair lift. The condo is extremely well maintained and lovely furnishings through out. The owners show a lot of attention to details, which I love. There was a detailed book in the condo with all information in regards to the area and the condo. We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Hope to visit again.

The Perfect Place for our stayGuest comment entered by owner
The Perfect Place for our stay
On this first trip to Winter Park The place was one big question mark We'd never skied at Mary Jane And had two days to ascertain Fraser Crossing was the perfect spot Close to Zephyr we had sought Warm and comfy was this place But more important, at the base. One day of sun and exploration Required maps and concentration Then day two was better yet Flurries, Powder! Masks all wet So special Thanks to Family Reyes We'll never have to re-appraise This place was perfect for our stay Our gratitude we here convey. - as written by GG from MA in our condo's guest book. Lovely Condo With a Great Location
Lovely Condo With a Great Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. A great location with a wonderful view. Considering I had a biking accident one week prior to our stay, eliminating any possibility of skiing, I especially appreciated the great view of the mountain. I lived vicariously by watching the skiers come down Lower Hughes (black diamond run) in full attack mode. The walk to the mountain village is easy. Less than 5 minutes to the Cheeky Monk and their wonderful selection of ales. The kitchen is well appointed as indicated by the previous reviewer. The beds are firm and comfortable. The deck is perfect in the afternoon. We also had a good view of trains coming up the valley. I am a light sleeper and there was only one night in eight that I heard a train whistle from the master bedroom. The covered parking proximity to the unit were very convenient. Greg was fantastic to coordinate with; very responsive to our needs. We look forward to our next stay here when I will be skiing again!

From the moment we arrived at the condo, we were impressed by the amenities and coziness of the place. It was exactly as described, very clean, and quite comfortable. The owner even left us a bottle of wine to celebrate our engagement. The owner was very helpful when we had a question about the washer and dryer. I would recommend this property.

It isn't often that you stay in a place and can't think of one negative thing to say about it. Our party of two couples couldn't have been happier with this unit. Plenty of space and immaculately clean. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in the living room and the hot tub after skiing. The deck with the late afternoon sun and beautiful view of the mountain was a great place to relax with a drink when we came home from a day on the slopes. Lots of extra amenities: soap, shampoo, plastic wrap, foil, spices, dish & laundry detergent, etc. All of those things that you don't have to go to the grocery store and buy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. If you are concerned that the unit is not close enough to walk to the mountain, don't be. Our walk was far shorter than what we typically walk after we park our car at other mountains! Incredibly convenient location to the Zephyr lift and the base area of Winter Park. The ski locker was right next to where you exit the building. The locker had more than enough room for four pairs of adult "fatty" skis. Greg was so easy to work with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We are looking forward to coming back to Winter Park and will definitely stay in this unit again. We highly recommend this unit - you won't be disappointed!

Everything was perfect! From the descriptions, photos and ease of setting up the contract, the owners made it simple for us. They even contacted us during the stay to make sure we were comfortable. The facility was clean ad nicely kept and the location was outstanding. We will contact them on our next trip to Winter Park

I had looked at several condo listings and emailed several different owners before I found this one. Greg was by far the most accommodating property owner that I spoke to while searching for a vacation rental. He responded to all of my emails very quickly. This condo was very nice and had everything we needed to accommodate our large family. The property listing was very accurate; it was clean and looked just like the photos, not to mention the views of the mountain are spectacular!! We only had one problem while staying in this unit, the refrigerator door handle broke, but the property owner called maintenance and it was taken care of it the next day. Everything is just a short walk from the condo and it was really nice for my parents to be able to look out of the window and watch us ice skating and skiing down the slopes. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

The location cannot be beat! Together with the immaculate condition of the unit and the well maintained kitchen, we could not ask for more! The base of the mountain is literally across the street from the front door, perfect for going in for lunch or to grab a forgotten kid's glove. There was nothing better than walking home off the slopes, sitting in front of the fire and watching the Snow Cats on the slopes out the window. The owner of the unit was great to deal with from the first contact to his email letting us know of lift ticket sales to a call once we arrived to make sure we didn't need anything. He was the ultimate professional and we can't wait to stay at this unit again.

My husband and I attended a wedding at Sunspot...came a day early and stayed an extra day. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. It was close to the lift so we could walk to and from the reception. We spent a couple of hours relaxing on the patio just enjoying the fresh air and the beautiful views. We had plenty of room to entertain a few other family members for breakfast one morning and a few others that popped in and out to visit during our stay. The location couldn't have been better. And, lastly, it was wonderful having parking close by.

About the owner: We are a family of four who loves mountain activities ALL YEAR ROUND. We love to ski in the winter, bike and hike in Summer.
Why the Owner Chose Fraser Crossing:
We purchased this condo because we believe in LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. We are a family with young children who can walk to the lift, run home for lunch or a nap, head out for a few last runs. There's no taking the bus, no driving, or parking, just walking...and that's VALUABLE. There is also easy proximity to town and little traffic, compared to some of the major resorts on I-70. Residents really value being a short distance to dining, the summer concerts, and a movie a the new theater.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Best 2 bedroom unit in Fraser Crossing. The condo is one of the largest 2 bedroom unit and boast magnificent mountain views.
