  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful location. Great restaurants nearby. We especially liked Cobalt, Hub Stacey, Oyster Bar. Fishing with Capt. John of Mega-Bite Inshore Charters was a big hit with our grandkids and grandpa, too. They caught some huge fish and they were good eating. This condo is very well equipped for cooking, serving, etc. I left behind some measuring spoons for the next guests to use. The wonderfully large balcony was a delight. We especially liked being able to see out three sides of the condo - and yet up high enough so no one could see in. Loved it! We will return!!

  We just spent a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. We hated to leave! Really, the pictures don't do it justice. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We've been vacationing along the gulf coast for 15 years and this condo has the best balcony of any condo we've stayed at. It is huge! We loved the floor to ceiling windows on three sides of the living room/kitchen area -- the views and natural light is amazing. We also loved the eat-in kitchen and I loved the window over the kitchen sink. One tiny little quibble -- the kitchen, while adequately equipped, lacks a toaster. There is a toaster oven, but it either scorches the bread black or dries it into rock-hard slabs. It would also be nice if there were some all purpose wine glasses. This condo is in a smaller building and during our week there, we usually had the pool and the exercise room to ourselves. The beach is wide and flat here, and you can wade far out before the water gets deep. While there is a public beach access right next to the building, the beach was never crowded during our stay. The condo is ideally situated between Orange Beach and Pensacola so that you can take advantage of both areas. We visited the Art Center in Orange Beach and participated in glassblowing classes, making our own Christmas ornaments and paperweights, and we drove to Pensacola one evening for a spectacular dinner at Jackson's Steakhouse. We also watched from the balcony on Tuesday and Wednesday morning as the Blue Angels practiced at the NAS-Pensacola. This condo really is a lovely place to stay and we would love to return again someday!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  This condo has a great view!!!! The furnishing are very comfortable and makes it feel like a home a away from home. We had a toddler with us and this building was very nice for the whole family. Great beach access, beach was not to over crowed either. The pool is nice for when you don't want to swim in the ocean. This building had a lot of other families as well which we enjoyed. Really like the smaller building, Not as crowded and not as many young people running up and down the halls at all hours off the night. It sets away from the main strip and that is something we really enjoyed. (it takes about 5-10 min to get to the main stuff) It made you feel more like a local. :) We can't wait to rent this condo again next year!!!!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
