Spacious, comfortable studio apartment. Lots of light, and well equipped. Very comfortable for one person or a couple. Quiet street and great location in the middle of the île Saint-Louis. Two drawbacks: narrow, winding staircase; television did not work. Celan and well maintained, description accurate, photos reflect appearance. Owners helpful with luggage. I would recommend.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Excellent find in perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris in large part due to the location of the apartment. It was easily within walking distance to many of the sights as well as the RER, Metro, and bus stops. The apartment was just as shown on VRBO website and fulfilled all of our needs. Much better than a hotel. We enjoyed having the small kitchenette and our own coffee, milk, juice, butter and cheese in the fridge. Fresh baguettes were available each morning just around the corner from the apartment. Maurice and his sister were very helpful not only in our inquiries in obtaining the apartment but also meeting us upon our arrival to answer any questions about the apartment and the area. I would certainly recommend this apartment to a friend or relative and would return myself if I again have the opportunity.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Maurice, I have been visiting Paris annually for the last 10 years, this last visit was literally a dream come true - the location of this apartment was incredible! The listing description was completely accurate. The apartment was spotless upon arrival and since I was staying for 3 weeks, the weekly cleaning was much appreciated. Thank you for your prompt response to all my pre-travel questions. Not only will I recommend this location to friends, I will insist! I hope to see you again next year!Recommended for: Tourists without a car.
